Madden 18 was good.  It wasn't plagued with micro transactions either.  Waiting to see if Best Buy does the trade in deal again this year.

Thinking about buying Zelda and attempting to return the Breath of the Wild Explorer Edition.  The Explorer edition is shrink wrapped.  Hopefully I can put the sealed base game in the Explorer edition box and return in with the extras.

Will there ever be a deal on a Switch?  I don't really need right now so I can wait but it would be nice to see some kind of discount.

Yes. Walmart preorder shipped on 9/29.

Best buy preorder arrived yesterday.  Wal Mart preorder shipped this morning and arriving on 10/5. Much smoother than the NES classic.

Told myself I wouldn't preorder . . .  Preordered at Amazon and Best Buy to be safe.  Also on the list at a couple of local gamestops.  Hopefully one will come through.

This holiday season you will likely be able to get two consoles (One S, Switch, PS4, PS4 Pro) for close to the price of the One X.  This is assuming Sony lowers the price of the PS4 Pro and the One S drops to 199.  I didn't see anything in the E3 briefing to get me excited enough to pay 499...

Bought into the hype and paid 499 for the Day one edition Xbox One. Not this time. I'll stick with the One S and PS4 Pro.

That sucks but hard to fault the manager over that one. It's your word vs the guy in front of you. That guy in front is the one who screwed you.
