I got mine from Target. I was there just as the Sony rep was informing the staff "There as a price drop today, you need to trigger a price update". They scanned the barcode with their handheld scanner, and it updated. Got the Uncharted Bundle for $350 + $50 gift card.

Doubt it. Production is all on wave 3 right now.
