I was able to get Max Payne 3 knocked down to $40 today and still have the gift card, just checked the balance on it. They were having issues with it at first, I think it wasn't even working for a new transaction, but the manager told the girl to just do an exception return or somethin. Win win.

They show various cutscenes throughout XIII-2 that kinda give you a feel for what happened during XIII (I think some might almost be straight out of XIII but they are used effectively), just not entirely sure if they cover everything. I played through about 3/4 of XIII and completely through...

They might be shipping them from different distribution centers. Some may have simply reached the bare minimum for certain games, thus the need to ship it from a different center that has an abundance of the game. I received two packaged together today, will be receiving a third separately...

Arg, had Driver in my cart and it was removed before I had the chance to checkout. Guess I will just have to keep an eye out for it. Was also hoping that Dark Souls would be on there (hadn't been onsale on Gamefly in awhlie) but no luck. Thanks Cheapy.

I thought people had reported ordering it online through Best Buy. My guess is they either ran out or (more likely) they cut the online orders off at a certain point. Otherwise I may be mistaken and it might just have been people using in-store pickup. Either way sorry to hear that you are...

Decided to grab one with instore pick up. Not sure I'll even get to it with Diablo coming out tomorrow but at least I can hold on to it and contemplate. Thanks for the heads up.

It's not Cheapy's responsibility to ensure that you know about every single deal that is available. If he misses one so what, it's not the end of the world. If it's so easy for him to check the deals why can't you just do the same? The trend for Gamefly is they will have deals Monday-Thursday...

No problem. Like you I am more of a campaign guy as well, the narrative and storyline of a game have a much longer-lasting effect on me and my opinion of a game.

Finally will get to see Chronicle and the Grey. Hopefully Netflix or Redbox will have them available next week.
