I think they want to focus on their "cloud" so any PS3 gaming on the PS4 is coming from that.

The only way you're going to beat the crowd is if you can somehow set up shop in one of the tents in the sporting goods section without anyone noticing :)

The best buy one I find strange as I have traded in some games that looked like hell before from bad trades. As for gamestop, my friend works there and it is largely dependent on the store and what they try to enforce. I would try going to a different store myself.

I'd say the thing that excites me most about The Last of Us is that it's a naughty dog game. Lately they've been gold with just about everything they've put out.
