Do you remember what order they scanned the items in? I'm just curious if it makes a difference since the coupon says scan MyBestBuy rewards number first, then coupon, then item. Maybe the coupon scanning before the item will allow the item? Just a random thought. I'm going to try one last...

I actually use the Silver benefits quite a bit. The free expedited shipping is quite nice as is the 60-day price matching policy. Looks like both of those are gone now. I would typically buy from Best Buy first because as a Silver member and a CC-holder it was easy to rack up a ton of Reward...
