The "used" copy of DDS that I saw at my local gamestop today was in the exact same condition as you described sans the boxcutter slash. Looks like I'll be returning that second copy I ordered.

DDS and Nocturne suddenly showed up as "in stock" at my local GS. I'm going to drop by and see what kind of quality I should be expecting from my online orders.
