$30 new. The $20 new one is the 3ds one.

There are some slight framerate issues with the Wii U version compared to the 360 version. Nothing too bad or that noticeable though. Regarding the DLC: the Extended Cut, From Ashes, and a few multiplayer DLCs are included on disc. You miss out on Leviathan, Omega, and the Citadel DLC, and...
