Huh, apparently one of my ThinkGeek attempts for the $170 bundle was successful as I just got a confirmation for that along with a cancellation for the $250 one.

There's no way I'm going to keep it, but I was able to successfully order the $250 bundle on ThinkGeek.  I think they killed half of them because suddenly the site worked but almost everything was out of stock. I probably would have actually kept the cheaper two bundles if I could have...

Sounds like the last time I sat in store to preorder an amiibo when they're waiting for the system to update while everyone is lining up. Sure hope it comes back in stock in a reasonable fashion over the next few months.

Yeah, I was thinking I'd just wait, but I expect they'll be in the $16-20 Zelda range rather than $13. So, might save a few bucks in 6 months but no need to worry about production runs.

Not only did I get one, GameStop.com actually let me cancel my order online.  $23 back in the proverbial bank.
