Hmmm... I've had different results. I've found that stock on the app is much more accurate and updated than the website. It's probably so screwed up on app/mobile/web that any one of those only accidentally reflects actual stock randomly and leads us to different experiences.

At least it seems like they're trying to get customer feedback on what they want to be able to purchase in-store or what their expectations are. I'd love for them to sell retro in-store. Yeah, some of that stuff they already take trade-ins on (some headsets, phones, tablets, smart watches...

It's a awesome surprise when used games come with the DLC not used.  Same with steelbook versions that are traded in.

Those districts that charge refurbs for no cases suck then.  Don't they have a message on the website that literally says "No case no problem" or something along those lines.  I'd try quoting that
