The World Ends With You: Solo Remix is on sale. $9.99 on iphone and $10.99 on ipad. Not bad considering they're usually $20 but still a little pricey for my blood. Though it's the cheapest it's ever been so it might be a good time to jump on it...

I would definatly say get Tiny Thief. I'm not really into Point and Click games but it didnt matter for this game. Everything is so well polished and charming. Plus it can be a 4-6 hour game depending on your play style (collect all stars, ect.) But if your really unsure check out some reviews...

Yeah some great sales. All the Siv Meier's games, Rage, Borderlands and more. As Solid-Snake-Eyes mentioned, Tiny Thief is $0.99 and is easily worth the original $2.99.

I wouldn't really call it a puzzle game, it's definitely more in the 'Point n Click Adventure' genre. There's a lot of backtracking to find items and whatnot from what I played, which was kind of tedious for me. But if you enjoy BTTF you may get more enjoyment out of it then I did.
