I would have waited for Zelda or Mario Galaxy (or a Godzilla Game.) We didn't buy our N64 until Zelda was released for it (and my daughter begged for Pokemon Snap.) I held out for the Gamecube until Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee came out.
