Got two of my orders in today. So far I've checked four of my DVDs, and they all look brand new. I will probably make at least another order or two if this sale ends up running through October.

I emailed them asking for a prepaid return label so I can send back my shitty used copy of the girl next door, and they email me back saying they're going to send me another copy. They said nothing of sending me a return label, but they send me a confirmation email saying:

Are they just giving me a free dvd, or are they sending the return label? Kinda weird.. but if it's free, I won't complain. :D

I don't think you can use a shipping code and the 33% off code at the same time. When I entered the discount code, the box you enter it in dissapears. Not that I know any shipping codes.

For me, it was 11.00 for shipping but i saved $25 on the movies. Kinda like free shipping if you want to look at it that way

sounds like theyre just sending it to you. both times ive contacted them about a return (once a few months ago for a scratched up copy of super puzzle fighter II for psx, and then again just two days ago since i received a used copy of björks vessel dvd when i ordered a new copy), they emailed me back with a link to a pdf file for me to print and use as a postage paid return label and told me they would replace it if they had what i ordered in stock or would refund the price of the item if they didnt have it or if i no longer wanted it.

That's really good news, thanks. Now the question is this, where did the 9/30 date come from? I e-mailed them to ask them what the official ending date was. Even if it did end on 9/30, does that mean the codes would be active on 9/30 still? Expiration dates always screw with me like that.

Got my order yesterday, didn't notice it, so I was watching it this morning.. The first disc was in excellent condition. The other one has a huge crack in it. Can I return this to a normal wherehouse store or do I have to return it though them?

Their return policy says have cannot return it to a store - you need to send it back.
 
I'm just glad all the box sets I want are out of stock, or I'd have to consider making a much bigger order this weekend. Thankfully I get to keep my credit card balance down and pay tuition instead.

Some stickers were easy to get off, others were a bitch. One cd appeared to have bubbles when you put it up to the light, but it runs fine. I don't mind the physical problems as long as it runs fine, but why do you think there would be something like that on there? Heat damage?

Also, they do cash back or something if you return?
