I decided to put a list together of currently available and soon to be available 3D blu-rays and I will keep a current list of the exclusives. I am keeping it to US available. I am only focusing on those blu-rays that require a 3D television/blu-ray player.

No, Best Buy had an exclusive 3D version with the car.

In the ad picture the case is normal size, but I assume if the Best Buy still have the car version, that is the one that will be $17.99. I think that's the only 3D version they sold in stores last week.

Best Buy normally has two different SKUs for the two versions of a movie, one with the add-in and one without. Madagascar 3 had a 3D version with the rainbow wig add-in and one without. When the price dropped in their ad, it was only for the one without the add-in.

I'd check the website to be sure when it might drop to see if the version with the car drops or not. PMs might be a little difficult for the same reason.

I thought the Croods was better than Turbo. My wife and kids liked the Croods a lot. I saw Turbo in theaters with my daughter who is five. She liked it. I thought Turbo was fucking awful. Seriously - horrible. It's nothing but a bunch of clichéd bullshit and super predictable. Also, I understand suspension of disbelief but having a snail race in the Indie 500 with actual cars? I just couldn't get over the stupidity of it all. What's next, a moth spaceship flying to Mars?

wonder what the chances of seeing the regular Wizard Of Oz 3D or the Collectors going on sale around black Friday.  I see those collectors editions collecting dust everywhere.

Not sure if this qualifies as enough of a sale but the 3D version at Best Buy (with the steel case) is on sale for $19.99 currently.

 
Rather lame selection this year from Fry's, who I've used in the past to get the $15 price point. It looks like this is very close to the same list they had last year, in fact, I bought most of these from Fry's previously. Wonder why they didn't add any 2013 releases this time?

According to Best Buy, the 3D combo pack with the car is $26.99. The one without is $17.99.

 
Thanks for the info about Wizard Of Oz 3D.  Was able to pick it up at walmart for 8.98.  The tag said 11.98 (I think) and I took it up to the register with some other crap.  It rang up 19.xx.  I said, oh that's actually 11.98 I think.  I said there was a sign in fron tof the movie.  She didn't even blink and adjusted the price right there.  I noticed it said Price ADJ on the screen.  So this comes up automatically if they price adjust, must be their policy if the prices don't ring up properly.  So YMMV but possibly 8.98 if its not in the system and there's a sign up.

I think it's a mistake that the tag is at the wrong price.  The non-3d version is $11.98 right now, so the tag must have printed up wrong.  

 
Croods, Turbo, and Paranorman (amongst others) are going to be $14.99 at Fry's for Black Friday.   Looks like online as well.  Free shipping with orders over $23.

 
I also saw The Amazing Spider-Man and Men in Black 3 3D combo movies in Best Buy for $19.99 today... does anyone know if these 2 will be on sale during Black Friday as well because the tag read offer ends 11/27 and these are the lowest I've seen....

noticed them when I picked up the Great Gatsby for $7.99 and Django for $9.99 and I know the Great Gatsby will be on sale during BF still... don't think Django will

Looks like we'll need to wait a lil bit longer for World War Z and Pacific Rim 3D combos to go on sale

Also Ghost Rider 3D was $19.99 as well for anyone interested

I didn't check the others, but Amazon has matched at least Pacific Rim. I bought from Best Buy for the Rewards points (I'm silver so shipping is free).

I used some random $10 e-mail credit I got earlier this month and got both for just over $21 shipped. :)

 
Best Buy also has Texas Chainsaw 3D for $16.99 and Dredd 3D for $7 I think

Walmart's website has Texas Chainsaw 3D listed for $9.96 though.. not sure if that's in store as well

Grabbed Star Trek and Pacific Rim for $14.99 each from amazon (same price at best buy) and then was able to talk customer service into selling me Croods 3D and Turbo 3D for the same price as frys ($14.99 each).  I added Epic to that order as well for $19.99 (would have preferred $14.99 but oh well) and Polar Express 3D for $14.99.

Happy with my purchases.

Now if only I could get a good deal on Monsters University, Rise of the Guardians, Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters, Iron Man 3, and Despicable Me 2 all in 3D and I would be even happier.
