What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Just grabbed a 360 w/Kinect Amazon Holiday Bundle for 32.56, comes bundled with Dineyland Kinect and Kinect Adventures only the 4GB system though. Was listed as acceptable so should be interesting when it gets here not scheduled till next week.

Its just a matter of keeping it up and looking pretty frequently. I just keep this page and AWD page up in separate tabs and run through it a few times an hour. I know how you feel I missed a lot of them.

@ckc - well at least you understood why.  kudos for not doing the "I'm contacting the BBB wwaaaaah" thing.  1:1 is really excessive.  I'm assuming you mean 1 out of every 2 items.  That's nuts.   Thank you for answering that. Most people who get banned say stuff like "I've only returned 6 things last year! I have no idea why this happened."  And then you realize the 6 things he returned for $2k laptops.

I think I've returned 1 out of every 30-40 items and I was worried about returning this one item i just got.  guess I shouldn't be.

+1, the BBB shit is too excessive. Amazon does ban you for excessive returning sometimes because many people abuse the buyer's protection; i'm pretty sure ebay would do the same thing, especially if it is for something such as an iPhone 5S!

What's ridiculous was the second guy looked at it and was like OK if I add the game you want to your order and cancel the one you don't it should still work out fine, if it charges you more though just contact us when it ships and we'll refund the difference.
 
I'm tempted to buy one of these cheap xbox bundles but for anyone with an amex, I believe it's $25 back on a 79 walmart.com purchase.

Will that 99 slim be online with limited inventory as well?  if so... $75 for a new slim.

Yeah. Funny thing was the first person I talked to actually told me to just return the item I didn't want and order the game I wanted after the return processed. She never understood that I wouldn't be getting the discount if I did that and I would have to go through the hassle of a return, not to mention I've returned a couple headsets and a game in the last month and considering returning a 3rd headset soon. I don't want to get flagged for excessive returns. Once I got to the supervisor, he just looked over my conversation with the other rep, confirmed what game I wanted and fixed it in a couple minutes. I've learned my lesson and will not be as patient next time.

ive actually not returned some small items just because i didnt want to imbalance my return to purchase ratio of late as october was pretty rough on the returns for me

I learned my lesson about trying to contact them anytime except during prime working hours in the US. I still haven't contacted them about my lost trade in returns and with the four straight DOA/defective items I've got from AWD I'm sure it's going to look great when I contact them about this 360. Not like GS would even take it in this condition without at least a refurb fee.

Sucks period since he got banned for life along with any other accounts linked with his and or on the same address even if they had nothing to do with the banned person. Amazon does not mess around when they ban folks.

Its an ok price. That game has been stuck on AWD between $30 and $20. It needs to go below $20 to be a real deal.

Especially since his banning was due to excessive awd returns for condition.

Are you talking about the ps3 standard version or the CE? Either one carries a risk buying used as the key can only be used once so if it is used you are stuck with a coaster and or you will need to ship it back to Amazon.

Since they keep taking it in trade and no ones had success with it lately I wouldn't risk it.
 
I am looking to trade in my XBOX 360 Prestige Verison of Call of Duty Ghosts. They are offering $108 for Good and $86 for Acceptable. Looking at Acceptable, it seems like all I would have to do is include the game as it basically says that everything else can be missing except the game. Am I reading this wrong?

smh. Disgusting. Amazon is a real scumbag company to do this. No matter what, no company should respond like this. It's clear they don't want his business since they are pretty much treating him like garbage. I can't believe a comany in this day and age would have an attitude like this. I have never seen anything like it before. And banning his brother's account as well? What the hell is this?
