What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Thanks lastemp3ror. I bought Tearaway. It look goofy but the game was rated well and it looks fun. I really hope this 'Acceptable' copy is good. I took my chance with Tales of Xillia and was not great condition (without the book but it was mentioned that it was not available). So, I hope this copy is good.

Yeah I was going to get it myself, but it being "Acceptable" was the reason I didn't. I hope that you get a great copy

 
I snagged a Tearaway says it's acceptable...anyone else confused by the brand new games showing up used and cheap so fast?

That's pretty much some little kid shoving whatever he/she could get their hands on and feeding the Wiiu. Someone should be fired though for not seeing this.

Well I guess it's gonna be damaged during transit on the way back too, there are still things stuck in there...

Jaja my mentor and good coworker friend told me I should format it. And I did, got enough trauma out of this transaction to also suffer more from images I will not be able to erase from my brain.

Got a backup sd for my camera. I'm thinking I'm going to tape the coin to the outside of the box so "testers" they can get a sample of what they sent me.

They do all the time. Its damaged inventory (aka where a case was damaged or the cover was cut or something, sometimes it was dropped). 99% of the time it just shows up brand new and flawless.

Got my Wii Party U w/ Wii Mote Plus. It came and was Brand New. The circle seal looked a little funny, like maybe it had been peeled back, but all of the contents were in it and the game was sealed without the AWD sticker on the inside. Black Wii Mote Plus was still wrapped up and the stand was still in it's original sleeve. Very pleased for $37.xx considering a Wii Mote would have cost me that, or nearly that.

 
Truth be told, 

I ordered 3 of those Xbox arcade systems that were ~40 mark,

1 came with Av/wires,power brick, controller (RB is busted)

So far so good, reads discs, connects to live

Another came missing the controller, and the console was beat up, and obviously opened, to no surprise of my own, BANNED from live!

Third came with just the powerwire, RROD all the way baby,

So when I see these from now I can only think a 1/3 chance of getting a system working everything, and yet it still might be partially defective, but at about 40, I'll keep it and get a controller, other two go back....

Isn't there a $25 deal on Lego Marvel at Walmart or somewhere for BF? I'd possibly bite for that price but I think I'll wait and hope they have a $25 lightning deal on it. Either way I'm sure it'll be cheaper than that soon enough.

Well my warehouse haul arrived today:  

Zelda: ALBW (VG) $27.XX: Plastic has a bump/tear on the front of the case, but in otherwise new condition. Unused club nintendo code. 

WiiU Pro controller (G) $28.XX: Original box, great condition. 

360 Slim Adaptor (G) $12.XX: Not OEM, but came in original box. Cables still wrapped and stored in Styrofoam sleeve. Went to gamestop a few minutes ago, they were so excited that I brought one in. 30% bonus trade in, 10% PUR, $33 credit. Great for BF.
