F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot

King of AWD.

I just bought a 4GB 360E system. What type of hard drive should I look for? I want to tell my friends to help me buy the hard drive. What is the lowest price that you have seen from AWD or other places? I think I just want a drive more than 80GB which is fine. By the way

Do you know where I can find a cheap Microsoft Kinect Sensor for 360? I went to my gamestop. it said it is out of stock. I am sorry it is off topic. I am sorry. Also, I prepared to buy some kinect games. Any recommendation?

sorry, one more question. Since my model is E, I just find the kinect sensor with AC adaptor that is fine. I am thinking whehter I should pick one ione up from gohastings.

I might be out of touch, but I think when it comes to the Xbox, you can only install official Microsoft Xbox hard drives - it's not like the ps3 where any ol 2.5 drive works. They used to be wicked expensive, but I think they maybe pop up on AWD from time to time for around $70? ds2u would definitely know better.

The newer slim to E models don't need the ac adapter ones since they can power the kinect via the console itself. The old phat ones do need the ac adapter ones so you can save yourself some dough by getting the non ac adapter one. I don't know I would necessarily trust the hard drives on AWD since most of them I see are 3rd party and those that do appear here from Microsoft could be dingers but do you really want a dinger hard drive. GS has those on sale as well, in fact you can take apart the old phat hard drive enclosure and pop that hard drive into the slim / E console enclosure and it will work as well.

Off brand ones work but they have their own set of problems like the original Xbox games won't work on those due to being incompatible and sometimes the saves get corrupted, etc. I won't trust any others than the official ones when it comes to 1st party peripherals.

I am so sorry that since I do not own a xbox 360 before. I am confused how it works. Now, it is black friday. I want to pick up the things that I want in complete.

I have one more questions. What harddrive do I need buy for my xbox 360E? Internal or external? Do I just pick one up randomly from gamestop.

this forum has a private messaging system, maybe you should try that instead of just apologizing and posting over and over.

Please stop feeding the guy who's banned from Amazon. Ignore doesn't work when you quote him.

:ps4: AC IV Black Flag $38
:3ds: Pokemon X $24
:ps4: NFS Rivals $38 (dinger)
:ps4: NBA Live 14 $41
:ps4: Madden 25 $35 (dinger)

can a regular game really be a dinger? haha.
I understand a limited editions and consoles, or when there's codes involved. Just seems like when its a regular case, a dinger would be less attractive than a trade-in.

I bought the 4GB one too. I believe you can take apart your current xbox 360 HD and put it into the enclosure of the system. It is not hard to do. DealSeeker is correct in his advice to either buy a larger official HD or use the current one in your other Xbox 360.

Was about to pull the trigger on one of those $15 copies of Skyrim for 360, but then I remembered someone posted a PS3 LN version for $11 and change. Thx to whoever posted that a day or two ago :)

Hoping the supposed update that fixed the problems with the PS3 version actually worked, but not too worried.
