What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Meh. I'll pass on the Vita for now. If the white AC bundle pops up for around $155 then I'd bite on it. The Walking Dead bundle wasn't bad at all for the price.

I'm also still weary about the "Good" condition factor. I don't want some beat up sketchy console. But if it's just a damaged box like some here report, I'm all in.

The white Vita AC bundle I got was missing the game and memory card. So I ended up with a white Vita and a carrying case for $177. I didn't bother sending it back, 'cause it was the only one available at the time I ordered it (around Thanskgiving). It was also "Acceptable". Just a heads up.

 
My 3ds Xl is finally in the shipping now phase. So hopefully it actually goes out quickly now that it had 6 days to prepare for shipping lol.  Now I just have to be realistic, and hope it's actually a 3ds xl in the box.

Yeah I ordered the Dreamgear one that was up earlier so we shall see how that goes for now. Oddly only certain games give me issue on the Vita. I think it's just the top heavy clamshell that makes it really bad for me.

maybe you should try the controller handles thing they have? it looks like it'd be a bit more comfortable to use though you are right and it likely wouldn't fix the top heavy issue.

Buy at BBY with my GCU comes to $48 + tax and have it instantly and brand new...

get a ps3. I got one myself despite the back log and outside the random 80$ ones that popped up here 150 is a decent price for the regular slim I bought. the hard drive is either over 100 or 200 not like that matters as I don't really know many titles I'll buy digital versions for.

The Luigi edition, the one i really wanted, is sold out every where online and if it's available its over $30 dollars.

I ordered the Mario one at $12.99 but Amazon says its out of stock and they dont even know if they are gonna get anymore in.

DAMNNNNNNNNN i always miss any 3DS associated deals

 
Finally got an :ps3: Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Limited Edition. It was good condition, said it may come repackaged. It arrived this morning in the original box but the statue was broken. Made me so mad. Back to Amazon it goes.

Wow, sorry to hear that--my :ps3: LE (also in Good condition) was in much better condition, at least when I glanced at the statue and didn't notice anything wrong with it. Based on your post, though, I'll give it another look-see when I get home.
 
Just got my $2 VG Hitman today and wasn't a true dinger since the shrinkwrap was missing but the only thing wrong with it was the case has a small crack on the front, seems like it got poked or something but I am not complaining over $2.
