What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Dj hero was so fun when I had it. I miss that game Im going to get it again some how :p. I keep passing it up everytime I see it I remember a few years back when they had them on sell at big lots for $20 and I regret not grabbing it then.

Yep, passed on those then passed when it was super cheap constantly at AWD and then it stopped showing up and I realized I waited too long.

 
Thanks for all the input. I feel better about my purchase. That's what sucks about AWD sometimes. You get a great price on something but since you were able to grab something even cooler for that same price you feel like you overspent LOL.

As I learned from the Hyrule Historia Limited Edition fiasco, Amazon ships first orders last and last orders first. I pre-ordered my HHLE the same day it was first posted and never got it from them (order cancelled)...but other CAGs who ordered within a week of release got theirs before anyone else. Yeah, I'm still mad :headache:

I got my "Good" Super Mario 3D World a few days back. Dumbfounded as to why it was only "good". No scratches, perfect case, unused CN points card. $38.

Got my "Very Good" Super Mario 3D World a couple days ago too. Came with booklet, unused Club Nintendo code and everything in pristine condition...except the case was that of a Wii game.

Ended up switching it out with NFS Wii U game's case but needless to say I was shocked. $41.

Also ordered a very good Luigi's Mansion 2 that came in near-mint condition complete with booklet and unused code. No case problems on this one. $21.

 
Miss out on the TR CE the other night but one just popped up at $13 so I snagged that. It's not 8 or whatever but why not lol

Also scribblenauts unmasked is up along with killOne shadow fall and MK7

Was my thoughts exactly when I picked it up as I loved VC and it looked very, very similar. It's always $6.99 at GS too if someone wants to try it out.

Mine are both "preparing to ship" and I have prime and ordered right away. I'm thinking that since this may have been a price mistake that they're honoring we might luck out with some new items that they just got from other places. Probably wishful thinking but we'll find out in a couple of days.

Give it some more time. A fellow CAG and myself had an item stuck in limbo for a week before it shipped. Only thing that stands in your way of not getting it is if they overshot the number on hand and don't have any to ship out. Otherwise you will be fine.

 
I ordered tomb raider and metro right when they were posted. Suppose to be here Friday. Just worries me because people that ordered way after me have had theirs shipped already
 
Does anyone know why there's always a lag with AWD even if you have prime? I don't think I've ever had a lag with Amazon until I started used the warehouse. Just curious
 
My :ps3: (A) Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory Limited Edition came in today, and I couldn't be more pleased.  For $62, it was sealed and has a small dent on the corner opposite to the lunchbox latch (about 1cm long) and also had a little bit larger "depression" another corner (I can reverse the depression).  This was all on the outer lunchbox, mind you, because the game, OST, artbook, and mini-lunchbox are mint.

Definitely a dinger, but this game seems to be getting much more rare than the previous two.  Probably, NISA looked at the gross excess they had from HN and HN:MKII and printed a lot less.

Good to know that NISA ships their LEs to AWD for resale.  Reaffirms my love for AWD!

I think Spring Roll was referring to lag in shipping.

Spring Roll, it seems to happens often around holidays, due to weather delays, product availability, and proximity to the location. Also, AWD is not Amazon but considered a 3rd party even though they are Amazon's warehouse deals as such the service is sometimes not on the same level as Amazon. Just something to keep in mind.

But hey can't win em all. At least the games I really wanted shipped, being Metro Last Light and Tomb Raider CE. 

 
Just got a brand new 32 GB Wii U at our local FYE that's going out of business for $210 ($221 after tax) and I figured that was as good as I could do on AWD except this would be brand new so. Bring on the Wii U games AWD.
