What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

My metro and TR CE got put on the wrong truck so I'm going to have to go to UPS tonight. Maybe I'll be able to make it. Date night with the wife before her weekend shift at work. If I don't get till Monday, no big deal.

No idea, thrown it on Ebay a few times (100% positive feedback, 250$ Buy now, $150 reserve, $20 ship) and it only gets upto about 80$ by the end, had it on local craigslist, no calls. I thought someone would snap it up just before christmas, nope.

Im not too worried about it, eventually it will go up im sure of that. Just would have come in handy as a cash injection around christmas.

Both my Tomb Raiders came in. I got a LN and a G. I was sent both in G condition. One had the missing sleeve and DLC, but no dents in the tin or anything, game was still sealed too. The second one is dented to hell. Looks like someone sat on it, but came with a ripped sleeve and DLC, as well as an artbook. Going to keep the one that is alright, but will try to sell the other one.

 
My Tomb Raider CE never got purchased. I went to sleep 10 minutes before they were posted. Thats the first time in about 5 months I went to sleep before 1:30 AM and this happens.  :oops:

Ill just go cry in a corner. And be jealous of Eldritch buying them all.  :cry:

 
Received my Tomb Raider Collectors Edition, I want to keep the game but looking to trade the following

- Tin

- Figure with all pieces still in plastic

- Iron On Patches

- CD Soundtrack, Book, Lithograph, Map

Let me know would love any 3DS games or accessories / PS3 games (God of War Ascension - been lookin for a cheap copy)

Because I'm crazy and didn't realize how many I had actually ordered until it was all said and done.

I would hope hat's not my general response and people would more expect that I do things because I'm clearly looney toons.

You guys get your Metro as well? I got mine complete for the most past. One had missing DLC insert and the other had it but the code didn't work. Going to keep one and sell the other to help recoupe costs. Trades in for $21 with GCU
 
Just got my InFamous Hero edition and I'm pissed. It came in a white generic box, generic game case inside and the satchel. So I guess I want to send it back. Whats the process ?

 
Was Last Light only $8 too?

If anyone got one with a Ranger code inside and doesn't need it I would love to have it or maybe work something out

You can just log on to Amazon, go to Your Account, click on "Return or Replace Items", and go from there. When it's Amazon's fault they pay for return shipping. I think the options are pay for the shipping yourself and get a set amount reimbursed, schedule a UPS pickup, or print out a UPS label.

 
Metro List Light was sealed but it has the AMZ sticker on the back behind the wrapping. That's weird they resealed it, oh well now to see if I can trade with someone that has the 360 version.
 
finally opened my ps4. Definitely not happy with the like new condition. Shot them an email. We'll see on the response whether its worth keeping.

Dang. That thing is scratched to hell. Hope you and AWD are able to come to some kind of agreement.

For whatever it's worth, literally dust will scratch the glossy top of the system. Mine's been in the same place since I bought it at launch and wiping it with a cloth can and will make those scratches. It's even worse than the original slim 360.

So far so good. Played it for about 30 minutes, before I had to stop to watch the ducks kick some booty. Still it was the standard 25% discount for like new, so Im not willing to pay like new prices for that, and Ill return it if needed.
 
Resident Evil Revelations PS3 showed up for $20.59 on AWD, G condition. Says packaging may be damaged, but that's likely not an issue. I gave up and bit, that's probably as good as it's going to get...

I bought that once.

I got the 360 version instead. Didn't work in my PS3 for some reason so I returned it for being defective.

 
just got my good xbox live 12 month card. it was in flawless condition and dont understand why they couldnt sell it new. no creases or bends...weird but im not complaining

As the other poster said, a lot of PS4s look like that. It is a dust and scratch magnet. Some people on other forums have had worse and it was sold as new by big retailers on release. It's just how the system is.
 
Opened the Metro Last Light and there was no LE code but I'm not complaining. I just ordered the 360 one from GFly for $13 and will trade this PS3 one in for $21. Got the game I wanted plus $7 so I'm happy.
