What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

If most people sold a new system at a discount to buy a new system, that's kind of ill informed.  I mean, no offense, but I'm sure this isn't happening in any numbers that are worth discussing.

 
Well, I'm pretty bummed with my G Grand Theft Auto IV Special Edition. The lock box is somewhat beat up, the duffle bag is missing (minus the strap) and it came with the platinum hits version of the game. Color me sad.

Document it and send an e-mail to the seller describing the condition and ask for a return label. US to China is expensive, so the seller will most likely cave or ignore you. If you are ignored, then file an A-Z claim.

Really? Damn, I own a ps4 and my girl bought me an xbox one with 3 games for Christmas, I beat Ryse and played a bit of dead rising and it's just been sitting there. Have used my ps4 daily and love it so much more. Not to mention the free games on ps+ constantly. Sony gives me things constantly and is generous while Microsoft and their xbox constantly want to smash micro transactions into my face for every single game I play. After Titanfall im definitely going to consider selling the xbox one. Not to mention there's a massive bug that makes my comcast wifi useless on xbox one until Microsoft fixes that (have to use a Ethernet cable across the room) all while my ps4 has been connected since day one with zero problems. I'm no fanboy, because I don't give a shit about that nerdy stuff, haha, but I just can't see a single reason why anyone would choose x1 over ps4 after owning both. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad some people prefer x1 for god knows what reason, because competition is ALWAYS a good thing. Just my 2cents.

I have a ps4 and wife got my an x1 for Christmas. I use my ps4 more for straight gaming now but the cable features are cool in the x1. Plus RYSE dr3 and Forza completely own Killzone and knack

I sold my PS4 because after finding out that Killzone sucked, I didn't have anything to play on it.

Got an Xbox One from a flipping deal, and it's been a blast thus far. Ryse was really fun and didn't deserve the hate it got, ended up beating it twice and will likely go back to multiplayer for the 100%.

Dead Rising was easily my GOTY 2013, it was such an incredible game and I had a ton of fun playing it, took a break from it but I'll go back and finish Nightmare mode then maybe try Coop with someone.

Also enjoyed what I played of Forza 5 but didn't put much into it because I preferred the other two games more.

You haven't really said why you prefer the PS4 over the Xbox One, you just said you played two games on it, didn't really devote much time in them, and then started talking about how godly the PS4 is without saying anything about it's games or features.

Totally. Super mario 3d world and the zelda HD remake are the two good exclusives its got going for it. It's doing so good Nintendo are thriving on...wait. That's the 3DS. The wii u was an official flop. When your makers say we goofed up then ya done goofed.

Heck let's keep this going. Pokemon sucks, firefly sucks, WoW sucks, windows 8 sucks on anything that isn't a tablet, PC gaming is overrated and ran by insecure man children, the new Robocop will dominate the old one, the only good kitten is a dead kitten, and we have amazing political leadership.

Well, opinions and everything, but I was surprised how much I loved DR3 and Ryse, even though I think the PS4 is a better console. Ryse on Legendary is some of the most fun and challenging gaming I've done in a long time. The PS4 does great as a 3rd party games machine.
