What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I bit on it, I took a picture of the screen and everything so just in case it comes as just the game, I have backup information, and if it is just the game, I'll send it right back along it's merry way. but the one I got was Like new for $32, if I could get that one for as a 360 for $32, that'd be awesome.

I hope the best for ya, but TiP was the sequel. 19 pounds though might mean you have a Pinata. Fantastic game btw though, bought it at launch and put 80+ hours in.
 
Those 360s have showed up in the past a long time ago for cheap (around ~$20-$50) and they ended up being an actual console, so I think you will be fine.

I bought a Plasma TV, Panasonic P42ST30 for ~$580, listed as good condition with minor cosmetic damage to front, top, sides, and back. Got it in pristine condition, as if it had never been removed from the box, though the tape had obviously been cut and retaped.

Nope, the cards are "used" which means the code has already been redeemed. You pay $29.99 for the paper and plastic to stare at. You can melt down the plastic and make anything you'd like.

Nope. You pay Amazon the $29.99 and they donate it to a charity of their choosing.

They might work. In the past, I've read of some people getting them and not having them worked so it depends. It might or it might not work. Either way, Amazon has a good return policy for situations like this as long as you don't make a habit of returning items.

I need urgent response please. I want to order a World of Warcraft expansion from amazon warehouse.

It's used so does anyone have experience with this? I need the working CD key. I'm not paying that money for the Cds..

Pretty sure TIV is still higher than that so you could lock it in as a free rental if the MP pass is gone.
 
2 questions....

First, I bought an "acceptable" MW3 Delta wireless 7.1 headset for $140. At first, the description looked generic, but after reading it, it sounds like the manuals and cd are whats messed up. It stated a scratch on disk and booklet was torn and bent. It didnt say anything about damage to the unit. Has anyone bought an acceptable item, and if so, how did it turn out? I'm a little worried but the price was too good to pass up if just the cd and manual are messed up.

2nd, whats everyones experience who has bought a console? I need another 360 and the like new for $225 caught my eye. I hate buying used consoles but i'm tempted. You just never know what these went through if they were returns....

Ive bought a like new PS3 and it was exactly that. Looked like it was opened and used maybe once. The game and blu ray that came with it looked like they were resealed but everything was in great condition.
 
Purchased a like new wii and 360.

Wii came unopened with a minor ding on the box. 360 came without the box, but everything inside was still sealed. Probably got wet in shipping and the box was tossed or something.


Go by the description, if it's not accurate to a T amazon will do a partial refund or return.
