What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Solid deal. I got mine for $194 in very good and the only thing wrong with it was a flap on the outer slip cover came unglued so they taped it back in place. :D hopefully you have the same luck!

Been watching too, haven't seen anything yet. I'll likely just wait for the $40 "complete" version on vita anyways, but it'd be nice to snag a copy on the cheap to at least learn the basics before embarrasing myself online.

How about using some goo be gone?. You need to leave it there for a while and the stickers will peel like the glue was removed.
 
just received my candy pink dualshock 3 i ordered last week, was never opened, the side of the box was ripped a LITTLE... great deal for $25.99- SPLOOSH
 
I missed out this morning but another $175 vita just appeared and I think I successfully 1-clicked it. Afterward I noticed that the description included "may come repackaged." That kind of thing really bugs me and I might be ocd enough to cancel my order over that.

I wouldn't cancel. At least let them send you the Vita. If it's not up to your standards when you receive it, you can always return it. Returns are hassle-free at Amazon...

Yeah, worst case scenario I'll be out a return shipping charge. I can handle that. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised.

The manufacturer warranty should still apply; it warranties the product, not the buyer.

They'll cover return shipping too if something is not up to par.

I ordered the 360 version of FF XIII-2 and got the PS3 version instead. Now I don't know if I can trust it again. My first amazon return ever :/

I just picked up an Acceptable copy of MW3 (360) for $25.12. Now there's a like new copy for $31.40 grrr

I meant that in the sense that there is another copy for the same price, but I kinda remember spotting lower prices. So I don't know if it is a 360/PS3 difference. I just don't want to get all excited then realize I can't play it :p

got the refurb 20gb for $53. Cant beat the deal and if it sucks, will return it.

This is the same version that I tried selling to them twice and they say it needs two controllers and the headset. Lets hope it comes with everything or I'll throw a fit!

The 4gb w/ kinect isnt a great deal, seen it several times for about $180-190 and people have posted it around $150 before.

I got a 20gb too. I hope it turns out ok. I read some reviews that said the ones from amazon come with two controllers. i'm crossing my fingers but for 50 bucks you can't go wrong.

Thanks for finding that deal. If they are selling the ones they got I am willing to bet they come with two controllers, the headset and the original thread from Slickdeals and CAG says they were sticklers for condition to accept the trade in. If I recall, the trade in value was about $140 and the dropped to about $70, jumped up to $110 and is now $10.00. I had my original trade in rejected because it didnt include the 2nd controller, HDMI and headset, the second one I sent was rejected because they said it was broken. I emailed them, they gave me the trade in value anyway and when I got it back it worked fine, just traded it into gamestop from a different thread for $150.00 and got a 4gb w/ Kinect for $180.00. This one will go to an extra bedroom
 
Anybody ever order a Like New System from Warehosue deals? I've had nothing but good experiences with them when it comes to games, but I'm a little hesitant when it comes to a console. Been eying a Red Like New Wii with NSMBW and Wii Sports. I'll check FYE tomorrow to see if they have any Mario kart bundles, and if not I really wanna pull the trigger. So, anyone have any experiences with Like New Consoles from AWD? Thanks in advance

My "like new" Black Friday 160GB PS3 last year was in immaculate shape aside from a slight ding in the box. Included Uncharted 2, The Karate Kid on BR, and a code for Pixeljunk Shooter. The Pixeljunk code had expired when I got the system, so Amazon gave me 20% off of my original $194 price - so I ended up getting an additional $40 off of the bundle.

I wasn't expecting any sort of discount for the expired code, but that cemented me as an Amazon customer for life.
