What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Mine went from shipping soon to backordered.....had a March 20 delivery date
 
Mine is suppose to be in today, but I noticed the shipping says FedEx, although the shipping carrier days USPS. If that is true that sucks because our mail doesn't ever get here before 3pm which is when I work. Was hoping to get it so I could get the free Motorstorm game before it dissapeara.

I'm pretty sure if you have a PS3 or a friend with a PS3 you can download the Vita game onto your PS3 while it's free. I don't have a Vita, and I downloaded it before the deal was over.

You know, my PSP had a few dead pixels and it ended up not being that big of a deal. When I played games on it I didn't even notice it.

That sucks, but I had a feeling some of these were returns due to screen issues.

That's true. And with how many problems people are currently having with these, it'd probably be in my best interest to hold off for now anyway. :)
 
Got my Vita... I'm amazed at how untouched it was. The box was practically flawless. Maybe a little scruff on the edges. The vita itself looked untouched, with all of the books and cables still in their packages. I recorded a video that I could put up if anyone was interested... it's nothing special, but for those interested in seeing just how well AWD "Like New" is, it's there.

Yeah I personally wouldn't dare risk it. I've had so many issues with defective screens in PSPs, DS, and 3DS and those were all NEW, not used. I prefer buying them from a B&M to save myself the hassle from having to ship them back if anything goes wrong.

So it was sealed? Just the box with dents?

Got my "Very Good" Vita today. The box is fairly beat up, but that's not a big deal; the machine is in perfect condition. The problem, though, is that it didn't come with the 8 GB memory card. I'm gonna talk to customer service and see what they can do. Otherwise, I plan to return it

There customer service is awesome. I bought X-men Destiny a long time ago and I never played it then I decided to finally play it and it wouldn't install at all. It kept getting hung up at the same spot every single time. They let me return a used game two months later which made me very happy.

Sorry if off-topic, but did you try installing it while signed out of XBL? I ran into the same problem with The Darkness 2 and it installed fine while signed out. Seemed to be a firmware issue.
 
I have only had to deal with Amazon customer service once.

I had an order take 8 days to leave their warehouse, nevermind the time it took to get to me after that so I sent them rather angry letter and they have me a $15 credit.

I had it on PS3. I tried it on two different PS3's and tired installing it at least 5-6 different times. I even let it sit once over a hour to see if it ever gave a error and it never did anything. I've had one other disc do the same thing that I got from the pawn shop. I've only had 2 games that wouldn't install.

Just to double-check, only the 3G comes with a memory card, right? If so, I wonder why everyone wouldn't just get the 3G version if you were buying new. The 8GB costs $30 and it's only $20 more for 3G capability. Even if you don't plan on using network connections, it helps with resale value.

No, AFAIK only the First Edition Bundle comes with the memory card. The normal 3G version does not. As it is, the FEB is at least $240 from what I've seen, vs. $190 for a Wifi only. If you don't care about 3G, then the roughly $50 difference can get you an 8GB card with money left, or most of the way towards a 16GB card.

It's really a "six of one" situation, and centers on how much you want a 3G Vita.

I have my doubts that it would help with resale value at all, seeing how the 3G seems to be pretty pointless on the Vita.

I would of gotten it if I didn't already get a 16GB card from bestbuy for $60 (I only paid $5 after some credit I had).

ugh, I really want to get MW3 but i REALLY want the Hardened Edition but I can not find a good deal on them anymore anywhere. Does anyone know anywhere that has them for a good price? All eBay consists of mainly now is copies from ~$120 to ~$150 which drives me crazy that people want THAT much for it. Maybe if they were a decent price they would actually sell...
 
got a Vita for $175. Saw one earlier for $162 but someone else nabbed it before I could. Kinda pissed the estimated delivery date is May 3rd, since I accidentally ordered 2 and canceled one without looking at the delivery dates. When I went back to check the date on the one I canceled, it was March 22nd -_-. Hope the one I kept doesn't wind up canceled.
 
Man, I have been spending like crazy on warehouse deals lately. Just got the sony bluetooth headset in that I ordered Friday. Was $59 and is brand new. I love AWD.
