What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I picked up a 4gb Slim for $119.00 two days ago. No bundle, but a great price.

AWD described it as very good. It was in like new condition to me, everything sealed and included (even the reach download and 3 month live). Only downside was it was repackaged in a brown box.
 
To get the cheapest bundle possible, try and get a system while either gamestop, or best buy have that system on sale for the week. I got a 250gb holiday bundle for $162, that was actually new, just a dented box. Got a 4gb kinect bundle for $150 the same way.

Got a 250 gb kinect bundle for 128 a few weeks ago.
 
Whats likelihood any of the 3ds's popping up are ambassador ones? Or does that get wiped in a trade-in to amazon? I knew the ambassador program was semi-controversial when it happened, did it ever pan out to anything noteworthy?

The description doesn't sound too bad.

"Clear external signs of wear or damage to the packaging or instructions may be present. Game may have identification markings from its previous owner."

The DDR bundle has been coming in and out the past week. I got one at the end of April for the same price and it came brand new with some minor dents and tears on the plastic wrap.

Yah I grabbed it - I figured even if it wasn't in great condition, I could part it out and get my money back in credit/trade.
 
I just picked up a mW3 Bundle for $223.99 plus $10.00 shipping. After trade in credit I had it came to $172.01. Looks like I'm sending the 4GB Xbox that will be here tomorrow back. My wife is probably going to be like wth?

Might wanna hold onto the 4GB until after you at least receive and inspect the MW3 console. Just in case there are any issues with the Secondipity seller. Always better to be safe than sorry and have a back-up plan in place. Plus, Amazon gives you a large window for returns anyway...

Thanks for the heads up, The condition stated NEW so I'm hoping there are no problems. I don't know how they can sell a Mw3 bundle for $223.00 when other sellers are all over $350.00 for new ones but they do as this is the third one I've seen for this price from secondipity.

No, the U.S. servers are going down at the end of the month. The European servers are (supposedly) staying up indefinitely.

I ordered on 4/30 in the a.m. It still says SHIPPING SOON. I've never had such a delay. Should I expect a cancellation soon? They still have a bunch of Very Goods...

I can vouch for Secondipity. I bought the MW3 Bundle for the same price from them about a month ago and it came brand new, no problems whatsoever. I was shocked at the low price, I thought maybe it was a mistake and I'd get an open box without the HDD but it was 100% legit.
