What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Received Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition used like new ($30) from AWD. The dlc code was unused. A ton of items (cars, gears, paints, and tracks) were installed. The packaging was damaged, with a hole that burnt through the bottom left of the back cover. It was probably a packaging accident at the factory. The amazon customer probably received his copy and sent it back due to damage. Don't know why amazon labeled this like new since it wasn't even in near mint condition. At this point, it seems their decision to label something "like new" vs "very good" is completely arbitrary. I only cared about the dlc so I'm ecstatic regardless.

Yeah, I bought this for $25 last year at best buy. If I remember correctly, the only dlc code that worked was for a multiplayer skin. The dlc for the maps was expired, so I bought the Da Vinci dlc for $4 during the psn sale a few weeks back.

Might have been from back early this year when House Party had the PS Rewards program. I know we got GT5 XL and they either slashed the barcode, or did some form of messing it up. Hell, I opened mine, and traded it in immediately. Left the code and all because I figured why not.

There was a coupon for $20 off Max Payne 3, but I think it expired today I believe.

it's terrible for the ps3. it comes to grinding framerates quite often. it used to give me terrible headaches when i tried to play it. oddly enough, portal works pretty well though.

on another note, they have 3 ps3 320gb move bundles in very good condition for $250

T.T it's sad to hear. I do have an Xbox but i always prefer to buy PS3 games. I'll check it out, if anything I'll just get rid of it on craigslist

It's best buy. I generally choose not to support them because we have a history and i don't appreciate their business tactics. This means more deals for you anyway.

Played through the entire Orange Box on PS3, was great. Guess I didn't notice all the issues minus loading times.

Glad to hear. I looked it up and they said it's mostly on episode 2 large battle areas.
 
You guys think that $84 is good for a used Skyrim CE for ps3? I know its $60 elsewhere, but I can't find ANY around me, and I got a decent amount of amazon credit now that I missed out on the Borderlands 2 loot chest edition.

are you talking about the loading times right in the middle of the gameplay? to me, that was unbearable. i couldn't go a few hundred meters without massive slowdown. maybe they patched it or something. i bought/played mine back in 2008.

I've heard Valve pretty much hates making games on PS3.

Only partially true. It was actually a separate in-house EA dev-team that did the PS3 port of the Orange Box, since at the time (2009) certain Valve personel believed:

"PS3 complexity hinders game developement".


Flash forward to the year 2011, and we have an excellent Valve-developed PS3 version of Portal 2 with Steam Support (as well as a bonus PC copy for your Steam account), which the 360 version unfortunately didn't include.

I'd say they had a change of heart :D.

That's not bad. Gamestop still has them, but you won't be able to search online for them. You'll have to call a store and ask if they have any.

No. Something that retails for $59.99 now, paying $35 more just because you have credit is insane.

I found one yesterday pretty much brand new at my local BB, which sucks since they are sold out everywhere here and the one I bought a month back came beat up. If you've checked all your close BB's and also tried Gamestop, you might as well do it, depending how much you really want it that is.

I only cared about the statue, so I sold the artbook and game and basically only wasted like $8 on the statue.

I chopped one on eBay when they were more rare and got nowhere near those prices. Maybe I just had bad luck.

Also, I believe it's available near everyone since its on newegg now for $59.99.

Got a Mass Effect 3 CE today. Cases look awful. Both discs are greasy and disc one is cracked on the inner ring. The DLC was gone. Also, free hair included.

Well I received my Disgaea 4 premium edition today. Took about a month for it to go on AWD again, and....fucktastic fail. Not only was it not the premium edition, it was the PAL version of the standard edition. How someone labeled that as premium edition I will never know. Managed to get $13 promotional credit out of the CS person, so buying a new one at no cost to me.

Yea, sounds like yours may be backordered. I ordered mine late Thursday night with 2-day prime and got it this morning.

I get free hair and grease every time I shop used with AWD it seems, be jealous. Maybe I should offer to return these bonus items they keep on shipping, but I shouldn't discuss morals on such a hairy, slippery topic.

No way! I have been looking for this game at a decent price for about 6 months now. I definitely am setting up a page monitor for that game.
