What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Yeah that's always a possibility. Amazon said that the shipping label might have got torn or smudged or something. Oh well, I just ordered the $29.99 Like New copy so it's not that big of a deal.

got a 3ds good condition today without a memory card and overall really dirty. This also came with a yankee candle I got, I was sent the wrong kind and instead got maple pancakes. Shop a lot there but this was bad.

Picked up Toy Story 3 PS3 Like New for $12.98. I see it doesn't go for much more on ebay but I heard it's kind of fun, so me and my son should enjoy it.

There's 10 copies of Ico/SotC still. And to think I bought it for $14.99. Could have saved 2 pennies.

A very fun game, probably the best 'kiddish' game for the PS3.

Yeah he just got to the age where he'll sit and watch all the Disney/Pixar movies and so far it looks like Toy Story is his favorite, so he'll like being able to play as the characters.

He has good taste. The Toy Story series (and Mulan) were probably my favorite Disney/Pixar films up until I watched UP!
 
I actually ordered from Amazon Warehouse for a while but I don't think I've ever ordered a "Good" condition game. Anyone have any experience they'd like to share?

I played and platted it. It is very fun. The story mode is thankfully very short. After that, the sandbox (or toybox) mode is where its at!

The only flaw is that your wife might tease you for playing it. Like mine did. "But... it's not only a kids game.... I'm not a weirdo....I swear!" :)
 
I got my $4.60 Zook Skylander from the warehouse. Was listed as "used-good". Was unopened with a minor fold in the upper portion of the hanger.

Everything I have ever ordered has been in great shape. This doesn't help you at all as all orders are YMMV but their track record is great and return policy is excellent.

If you are one of those weirdo, OCD collector types then you should be buying new ;)

Such an awesome game. I got it for PS3 to force me to use it, and it worked. I still have to finish it though...

Speaking of strange, but cheap games, how was Majin and the Forbidden Kingdom? It's been sitting in my cart fluctuating from 6.xx to 9.xx for about 2 months now, should I bite?
 
I think UPS lost my Motorstorm Apocalypse order. Supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and still hasn't been here yet, status is just stuck at out for delivery. I actually happened to see the UPS truck on Tuesday outside my house and the driver seemed to go in the back and looked for it but then drove off like he didn't find it. =/

I work with UPS most days, so I know if you call the Hub, they'll at least give you an update on it, so you can know if it's lost. If it is, or they won't tell you, call Amazon, and since they have great CS, I'm sure that they'll at least get it out of UPS their way and figure something out.

I know around here they have so much pull that there's no way someone would screw with them and the money they spend.

Nah. I'm one of those weirdo, OCD collector types and I just keep new PS3 and 360 cases on hand in case I need them. This comes in handy since lately I've had difficulty getting the stickers off cleanly. Sometimes I use Krud Kutter, but if the case is dingy (or an eco case), I'd rather a new one anyway.

Just some info for my fellow OCD AWD CAGs.
 
For stickers that are difficult to remove from game cases I've found spit to work well, the top layer of the sticker usually slides right off leaving some residue. Then I use a piece of tape and stick it over the residue which 99% of the time makes it look as good as new without that greasy goo gone feel (and smell).

I did this for pretty much every game That was purchased from GameStop in which I traded into Hastings during their trade in promo in June, which was almost every day for 20 or so straight days... so it's a proven method.

Gamestop stickers are a different beast from a lot of things I've dealt with. I have really old EB stickers and stuff like that on my cases, as well as just regular price tags you'd see from a sticker gun (Even on some of the discs D:) and I don't know what to use most of the time. I've tried pretty much everything, including too much Goo Gone.

I also don't mind Goo Gone. The smell isn't terrible, and I notice if you let the case sit for a few minutes the sticky/greasy feeling leaves pretty fast.

I do have a question; anyone know where you can get double CD discs empty? I have some games it would be easier to replace the case (Like Tales of Destiny and FFVIII to name a couple) and getting a set of those would be the best bet. I'm not even sure what to look for on say, Amazon.
 
Just grabbed Folklore like new for $13 from Media Express, there's another one from AWD for $14.xx. Been meaning to try this game for awhile
