What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Nope. It actually still retails at $30. Posted it because it will soon be relevant again with the DLC that Valve just announced (surprisingly!).

What does your order status say at Amazon? They always give you an estimated delivery date - even if you ordered something on backorder.

It's alright. I received one a month ago, and it also said it was LN. The problem with mine was someone basically tore off the plastic sticker used the codes, then put it together really bad. The sticker tore to pieces once I tried to take it off, and they put it on the wrong side of the CE contents box. So it tore pieces from both sides of it, as well as left unmovable residue on the tin case.
 
Ugh, I really want to grab ME3CE, I already have the regular edition and "From Ashes" and I just want the extra stuff, but I don't know that I want it all messed up like that...

My good copy :)ps3:) from more than a month ago was $32ish as I recall.

Even though Capcom games don't go on sale often, I'd expect some kind of deal to clear out inventory and enhance the community. My guess is AWD price will be $28ish, at least for a minute, within the next couple weeks.

I'm kind of hoping that BB does a gamer coupon like they did this month for KOA:R. But I have a feeling it won't happen.

I paid $32 for it, so keep checking and you could be in luck! I check the warehouse deals daily and I just checked my previous orders and defo picked this up for $32

I'm just terrible at having ways actually tell me when games come up on it. By the time I find out, usually it's gone. Thank god I managed to get that Ico/SotC the other day for 13.99, I can't imagine I'll find it cheaper in the near future.

actually almost exactly what the guy below you said only the sticker didn't tore the box an I use able to remove the glow residue and the steelbook had a large scratch under it's bottom hinge that broke throw the glazing any way asked amazon for a new online code hope still waiting for an answer they do have great customer service so I am sure it's going to work out
 
Adventures In Acceptable:

Got my Acceptable $12 Ico/Shadow today. Case looked like it had been run over by something, but the artwork, disc and manual were like new. Swapped out the case and I'm good to go.

Ordered a $29 acceptable :ps3: Prototype 2 (I missed out on the DoTD Amazon had for the game). I went for it because the listing said "cracked set case" as opposed to disc-only, and I can probably get $30 when I'm done playing it anyway.
 
Got the PSP Persona 2 today (thanks Prime!) This is the first PSP game I've bought from the Warehouse so I'm curious..does Amazon usually reseal the case inside the box? If not, I guess someone bought this and changed their mind lol, got the soundtrack as well :D

Acceptable :360: Sonic 06 came today. No cover art but the disc is playable. I'm still kicking myself for not buying this for $2.50 when Blockbuster was still around when it's still $14.99 at Gamestop today. I know the game is bad but I'm attracted to bad games and gonna play this with some friends for comedic value.

Yeah I was think about it at $44 but it jumped up to $53. That made my decision a little easier

Got my $14 Skylanders Empire of Ice today. Described as "Used - like new" and it looks like it was picked off the store shelf, no damage or creases in the package.

I know this has nothing to do with your question,but the game is amazing! I could see most RPG fans paying $40 with no regrets.

Wow, that's got to be the easiest boss in the game.

I was actually really disappointed with the boss fight, because it is without a doubt the coolest looking thing I've ever seen in a game, but the fight was far too simple.

You can summon two AI partners to help you if you don't play online, btw.

I got it used like new last week, and for some reason I'm having the hardest time getting into it....

It does start off a little slow,once you get into the first major city (Gran Soren is the name I believe?) and start doing a few quest is when it started to pick up for me.

Nope. The easiest for me (thus far) was the Moonlight Butterfly. I never even got hit.

Whatever, the game is incredible - that we can agree on!

My backlog is already really ridiculous at the moment(Last count I had about 20 still in the wrapping, let alone the used/CL games I've gotten in the past couple of weeks), so really I have time to wait it out. I know if I wasn't playing much of anything, I'd get it for 60 even since I need a good break from Skyrim, and I like the slightly more cartoon-y visuals and the combat was better than I expected in the demo

I tried to get into it. I think I just get way too frustrated dying over and over again and have to fight the same progression of enemies 10 times just to beat an area. I'll get it again when it goes on sale and give it another go. I had the same issue with Demon Soul, and now I'm waiting for that to get cheap again.
