What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I know it's not strictly game related, but I received the PSU I ordered today. It was like new for $120. Normal price is 199.99.

Absolutely perfect condition. Everything included and still wrapped up in the cable ties. Just didn't come with the original box is all.

It's the lowest it's been since release. I think it was $11.99 during a Best Buy deal of the day.
 
played darkness 2 via gamefly, totally underrated and awesome game - never played first one ut second was unbelievable

Playing a FPS with 4 arms leads to tons of offensive capabilites

I can never find my way to stuff either, so I just use a link to something that someone posted that goes to an AWD item. Think someone ordered one last month and received the regular bundle. Contacted Amazon gave them a discount and kept the bundle.

I received mine today and I don't know whether to be disappointed or not. Leaning towards yes. It came repackaged by Amazon (without the original box), but each item was either in a taped factory bag or wrapped in what seems like white factory foam. None of the bags look ripped open and resealed, but since most of it is just closed by tape, it's hard to tell. Especially since I haven't bought a new 360 in awhile. I don't really know how they're packaged normally aside from in the factory box.

I would just brush most of that confusion off, but my bundle did NOT come with the C-3PO controller and instead is just a white 360 controller with a mismatched battery pack. ugh. They also threw in sealed copies of both Star Wars Kinect AND Kinect Adventures, so I don't even know where to start with this stuff.

I guess the only thing left to do is see if the R2 360 still boots up to the new user screen or not. I think even that can be replicated with a factory reset, though, if there even is a "new user" screen, so I'm left in the dark about what's used and what's not. Anyone have any experience with that?
 
not getting the gold controller is not cool. But as for the rest. I would never expect a new system from warehouse deals, especially from the description these system had.
But yes, they do tend to factory reset their system.

I'd be bummed. Sorry man. It was weird that they had 8 in stock all the sudden. I bought one and canceled.

I'll let you know when I open mine. Right now, there are too many people moseying about in my household.

So far, mine arrived in a scuffed up, original box. It's sealed with a green sticker that says do not open before April 3, 2012, but it also has a sticker that says it was graded by Warehouse Deals.

Hey guys - got mine today, too. And it was brand new, factory sealed in the original box. Had the 'Do not open until April' sticker still in tact. The exterior packaging had the typical 'AWD' dings on the cardboard box, which is why it was listed as Like New.

I am sorry to hear about your outcome, 3pikachu. :(

I'm just glad they're not all like mine! I still might keep mine if I can unload the Kinect and games for enough to make up for the price, but I have to check out the system first and be sure it's up to speed. I noticed the video cable looked a little short and is red/white/yellow as opposed to composite - is that regular with the newer 360s, or did they throw in a generic cable without Amazon catching it?

red, white, yellow is composite. And yup, thats the only cable you get, you dont get an hdmi or component with the newer slims. I would still send out an email to them about not getting the gold controller.

Thanks for the quick reply. For some reason I thought composite had green and blue or something. I definitely plan on contacting them. It would've been one thing if it was just a white or black controller, but mismatched is pretty tacky for "Very Good." Hopefully the console itself is in better condition.

*edit* after re-reading that, now I realize the confusion. I thought 360s still all came with component cables and mixed my words up. guess I was wrong.

Ordered on October 17. Very Good condition for $249.19. As I mentioned before, everything is here and perfect. Only dings are on the exterior cardboard packaging box.

AWD = Arbitrary Warehouse Dings


EDIT - 3pikachu, I concur with edson, send Amazon an email and they will rectify the situation w/ the controller not being there.

Star Wars Xbox seems flawless upon examination. Still had the "DON'T MOVE IT WITH A GAME INSIDE, STUPID!" sticker keeping the disc tray closed, so I'm crossing my fingers that's a sign it didn't get used much, if at all. Contacted Amazon about the C3PO controller and although they couldn't offer me a replacement bundle, they did give me a $50 refund, so that's not too bad.

Nice refund wish you got more since i bet it sells around double 3rd party. But 50 is 50 but i would of returned it.

I'm still using my old 360 while I decide whether or not I'll keep the R2. I might still return it, but $50 makes me feel a little better at least. I was hoping they'd sell me a new bundle at the used price, but that was expecting a little much I think.

Do what makes you happiest in terms of returning it or not. But I wouldn't -- it is a cool system to have. (I didn't need another 360 at all. I just got a new one in April - but I like the look of this one.)
Just take that $50 and put it toward a Silver P&C controller -- pretend it is an E-3PO* edition.

*This post was extremely dorky, sorry.
