F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot

Warehouse Deals has been sort of slow over the past few days. Been watching for a BF PS3 to pop up and nothing has really been added in the past two days.

We may want to have someone add the other Vita flavors to the first post since there are more than just the 3g/wifi/feb bundles out now.
For those who haven't bit on Resident Evil Revelations for 3DS yet, AWD has 8 more like new for 14.09.

Just grabbed one for myself
Great game. Better with the circle pad pro, though.

I snatched a Like New AC3 Vita bundle for $185 earlier. It doesn't ship for a week. Any chance of a better deal/sale for a Vita in the meantime?

Why are people buying this bundle for 185 when they should have bought it BF? It was cheaper and up for a whole day, no lines, no waiting, no crowds.

Maybe they didn't have money to spend until now.

Personaly, I didn't have the money until yesterday. So I'm on the lookout now.

Well there are many kinds of reasons, some people didn't have the money then, some people didn't know about it, the deal wasn't even there for the whole day, it only lasted up to 3-4 hours. Many people couldn't be on there computers and etc.

fwiw I just returned one of those AC Vita bundles for wonky wifi and got credited this morning. If you snipe this one make sure that it stays connected to psn (it would just randomly shut off the wifi in the middle of a game of Montezuma for example).
I just ordered a Metroid Prime Trilogy Collector's Edition from warehouse deals for $78 or so.

The condition is listed as good, though. I've only ever bought like new items from them in the past. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Anyone want to share tales of being pleasantly surprised by "good" condition?

My Good 3g Vita Bundle came in pretty much brand new with 2 extra 4gb memory cards before. :D

If they're games that just came out the "good" condition copies are usually factory-sealed with slight damage to the outside plastic wrap. For older games, they are usually visibly worn or have writing on them. Of my last two "good" orders, one was brand new with a small cut on the packaging and the other, a PS3 game, didn't work at all (it was scratched up... yep, a scratched Blu-Ray disc game).

Chances are it'll be fine, but if it's not you can always just send it back.

My GOOD Vita bundle was like new but had a 4gb card instead of 8. I also got a GOOD PS3 that smelled like cat pee and cigarettes though. . .

Worst case scenario is the steelbook is bent or gets bent in transition to you. A used copy is still $60 at GS if you can find one around you.

If you were looking for an Adventure Time CE or a Black Friday television, then AWD has one of them and a ton of them respectively.
Wow, people sure are buying their AC Vitas and returning them in mass pretty quickly. Hop on if you missed the BF deal.
My guess is it's actually a bunch of people returning those bundles either over dead pixels and the like or because they're trying to rip Amazon off for the PSASBR and PS+ codes.
