What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

There are a couple of these still listed. I received a (Good) rated one a couple days ago. The top left corner of the box was crushed pretty good (Good) but the cardboard sleeve holding the PS3 took most of the impact. Game case was slightly bent too. Everything is new / unopened so I'm very pleased! I left the PS3 on overnight transferring data from my old system and it seems fine. I can post some crushed box photos this evening if anyone is interested.

AHHH!!! Im so torn on the new super slims!

Ive got 50 in amazon GC so I could get the system for around $160 and then sell AC3=140 for console.

i'd pass cowboom had them for around 145-160 the other day so you could build your library w the amazon cred

but if you dont want to wait for or use cowboom id say go for it as its not a bad deal by any means

yeah i sold my 120GB slim for $160 about a year ago. Mainly only want a ps3 for ratchet collection...cant think of a better game to start a ps3 on.

Dont spend alot of time in the WD thread, but do these come up often at around $200? If so i will wait/build up more credit.

Also worth noting the AC Bundle has a 500GB hard drive. I didn't specifically see Super Slims on Cowboom the other day but have noted in the past that the bundled game is not always included and currently the AC Bundle is the only Super Slim with a 500GB drive.

If you have a spare 500GB + drive kicking around, it's tough to beat Cowbooms low console prices but to me AWD at $193 for the Super Slim, 500GB drive, and game (unredeemed passes and one month of PS+) was a good deal.

Online pass is only needed for online, yes. As a big fan of DOA4, I didn't like this one. My friend, also a big fan, did. So maybe it is hit or miss?

Has anyone gotten any 3ds xl from wharehouse deals?

I'm looking to upgrade my sons launch 3ds to a XL model and just wondering what route i should go.

Just wondering what overall condition was like for "used" very good and used like new ext...

Or should i just buy a new one?

I plan on selling his original once i get the replacement and i get everything transferred over from the launch ambassador 3ds he has now.

I just got my 3DS XL from Amazon Warehouse and I couldn't be happier with it. Paid $165 for Like New condition and it was basically just an open box item. I'd say go for it.

I got a like new MK7 bundle which arrived earlier this week, basically a slightly dinged box and everything new inside.

I just want to thank you guys for all your posts. I was able to pickup some Pulse Elites and a 32GB card for my vita for ~$80 and $63 respectively. Both items were unopened with some minor package damage and I saved a ton of cash! So thank you again.

I know this is a gaming site, but does anyone know if there are other deals to be had on AWD? and by that I mean items that pop up with regularity other than gaming devices, games etc. I was looking to pickup a second iPad or possibly a smaller tv, but from what I could tell Apple and non-gaming centric Sony products don't seem to be discounted very much. So are there any categories that tend to have solid deals/discounts with regularity?

Also, has anyone ever seen the PlayStation 3D TV on AWD? I missed out on the BF deals.

I've been watching warehouse deals the last few weeks now when i can and havent seen any bundles listed that is why i asked.

He's already got Mario Kart 7 anyway so no big deal there as i prefer he has the actual cartridge rather then a download.

there was a ps display today, it was $180, so not much of a deal compared to BF.

ordered lego batman 2 360 got lego batman 2 wii

had to go to cs to be able to return it for some reason and she offered me 5 dollar credit to order a new copy direct from them this makes me happy

Had success and misfire with AWD. Got 2 Wii U games in near mint condition along with couple of 360 games few days ago. Today I received the Halo 4: LE that I had ordered earlier and the box I got it in was crushed. I hoped that was as far as the damage went. I opened the box and the slip cover was crushed. I opened to see if the contents were good other than the slip cover and sadly the steel book was crushed too (corners of the steel book were bent out of shape) as if someone put too much weight on it. I would have kept it if the steel book was not damaged so sadly back it goes. :(

Just a warning to everyone buying Pulse Elites, Amazon received my two returns today. First set would not work wirelessly on my PS3 or my PC and the second set was dead and would not charge. Mine would not charge also...I tried different cords but I thought I was just going crazy.
