What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

should of check with me i would of sold you one for that price that had a 2 year warranty from best buy on it (got it from cowboom) i just picked it up cause i had DSI cards i could not use on the 3ds and had to buy something to be able to use the cards

Received my $35 "Very Good" copy of New Super Mario Bros U today. The game looks brand new and I already played through a few levels without any issues. Glad the game worked out, as at least one other user on here received a defective copy.
 
New here, I see you guys post a lot of amazon used links, are they safe? I mean compared to ebay, with buyer protections, do amazon offer some kind of security / exchange for them?

amazon has good customer service. If u get it and dont like it, u can return/exchange.

2 out of last 5 i had serious issues... I guess newegg new for me amazon in general fulfilled by having serious issues. i get used cooking where from non awd but from and wrong size clothes brand new game comes used and only bonus disc inside. guess i answered my own question. ;):D

Yes, but in this thread we're just listing deals from Amazon's Warehouse. Think open box, damaged box items, etc. for the most part.

You can only return or get partial credit if you decide to keep an item but you can not exchange products bought from AWD due to nature of limited availability and condition of the products.

I'm considering some Used-Like New Turtle Beach headphones (such as the XP400). Since this model has been out for a year or more, what are the chances these are just trade-ins compared to a new item with damaged packaging, returned item, etc. Does anyone have experience with these kinds of headphones from AWD?

Trying to avoid getting some with earwax...
 
Just received a 3ds XL in good condition I got for $135. Other than a really beat up outside box, it is a brand new system. unopened AR cards and unused club Nintendo code. couldn't be happier. Now bring on fire emblem!!

Thats so nice. I wish I could respond. Sadly, I know nothing about Asian languages.
 
First bad experience with AWD. I've bought quite a few games and never had any issues (save from one being stolen from my doorstep-not their fault ok).

Anyway I've started some PC gaming (seems the cheapest way to go) and I was in the market for a wired 360 controller. Snagged one for $25 like new. Box was crushed to pieces but I okay cool. I get around to using it today and the controller is mint, maybe a scratch but it's in great shape.

Go to hook it up... No USB extension. fucker turned it in without the extra 1' cable that is a necessity for this thing to work... Chat with amazon reps who just want me to return it, meanwhile I'm trying to explain to them that they (Amazon) carries a USB dongle for wired controllers and to either just send me one or credit me $5 for the cost of ordering one.

I had to explain this situation and proposed solution to no less than 3 reps. I felt like Sisyphus... Finally they agreed to credit me $5 and I ordered the part. After all this in remember I have one connected. To. My, old school gh guitar I can use in the the interim.

But seriously I don't know how you guys deal with these morons when you're buying ps3s, 360s and other bigger tixket items....

Anyway... At least I can now jam on some of the steam games I bought during the last sale with a game pad.

That is nothing i buy from 20-50 things there a month from games to food and baby wipes and misc. They got so bad since just before xmas. The people still think they own but but all the neg feedback on awd profile says there is something bad going on and just keeps getting worse... I know most negs say they get missing stuff and false conditions all stuff that leads me to one thing they seem to not check stuff these days.

I bet the evil people taking advantage of this sending stuff without the game disc in ce's and leaving bonus disc only. I know some are doing this and getting away with it. I hope amazon fix's this bs... If people do not speak up nothing ever get's better so mentioned it next time you get conned from amazon awd or normal amazon store stuff.

Rant done and hope people start letting amazon know.
 
Well I got my MGS:HD for 360 which was listed as acceptable and did come repackaged, which is fine, but it's a two disc game and they gave me a one disc case. Much to my surprise, the 2nd disc had been carelessly tossed into the case, flopping around during shipping, whilst disc 1 nestled securely in the only disc slot. I was shocked.

Luckily the 2nd disc came out with only a few scratches and installed fine to my HDD, but Amazon still took care of me for that inconvenience.
 
Yeesh, after all the problems posted here lately, I'm beginning to become a little worried about my Ragnarok Odyssey Mercenary order from yesterday... Fingers crossed for everything being included.
