What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

well the premium edition has a different case so you can't fault them for classifying it as what it is lol
 
I hear people reporting that they receive Assassin Creed Vita bundle without the game, so it wouldn't be a surprise if the premium edition's DLC is used or not included. But return with amazon is usually easy.
 
Received the Etrian Odyssey & Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard (both LN) the other day.

#1 looks unopened (y-folded shrink wrapped).
#2 had the re-shrink wrapped type of plastic with some scotch tape on the bottom where the plastic started to tear (description said may come repackaged).

Just wanted to say thanks to the OP that found this.

Now I just need to find #3 to catch up on the series.
 
Got my LN :360: Tomb Raider CE in that I ordered yesterday. It's brand new still sealed. I opened it and didn't see any dings or scratches on the tin and the amazon exculsive art book was included. Not sure why it was listed LN but I'm thrilled with the purchase.
 
Just got my Like New copy of Final Fantasy III for SNES and it still has the original seals on it, the box is in great shape and it looks like it was well taken care of. So well in fact I peeked inside it and it doesn't even look like it was removed from the box. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It was $20 new at the best buy sale a few weeks ago that had Darksiders 2 for $15

Mine was exactly the same...74 bucks brand new sealed!

A dead deal doesn't help me now, lol.

Anyway, I don't buy games unless I have the appropriate console to play them on. I wasn't sure if I was getting a 3DS, but I just so happened to luck out at Sears and find one of the Flame Red 3DS on clearance. Now I need sticker star. :p

I would assume it's to save tax, but if you have a red card it comes to about even anyway.

Congratulations on snagging Code of Princess. Check the Amazon Warehouse Deals for your other two, because I was able to snag Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan - USED (Very Good) earlier for $27.69. Fire Emblem: Awakening, I would love to get a copy of that as well, but I see getting an Amazon Warehouse Deals copy of that game being more problematic since the Supply on physical copies seems to be quite limited. Honestly, I would recommend watching Target's website next week once the Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale on video games starts. Hopefully they will still have Fire Emblem: Awakening in stock and it actually be eligible for the B2G1 sale instead of being excluded for some random reason.
