What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

What exactly makes them stupid? They have no way of checking if it was used or not :roll:

Even buying from Warehouse means that you're always taking a risk in buying stuff that's code-based. Just return it or ask for a difference refund.

Of course due to sheer volume that can't check that stuff. Of course, they eat all that return shipping, so serves them right for having the "gull" to charge that 15 extra. ;)
 
You should generally not assume that you purchase WILL always come with a DLC Code. It's a 50/50 chance it might, might now.

It's not Amazon's fault that the code was used. It's your fault for buying it, and assuming you'll get a code. It's a hit or miss with Amazon Warehouse, you'll either get a perfect copy, or a copy someone decided to trade in after they used it.

Like what Pretzel said, just return it and get a refund.

Yeah I'm aware of this bud, as I've been lurking on CAG since the beginning and have used AWD for mostly all my game purchases. I'm aware about not ever expecting online passes or DLC to be included. I just figured this might be different since its essentially not the product they are advertising since it doesn't come with what is expected in "this" version, (check my original post a few pages back). But as I said, unfortunately it wasn't, so I figured I'd help anyone else here who was wondering.
 
Thinking about picking up the show. never played the series before. is the online pass only for online matchmaking or do you need it for roster updates and such too?

I don't give a crap about online play either, I would like to keep the roster updates for if I want to start a new franchise or show or whatever. A "Very Good" copy probably has an expired pass.

For what it's worth, even a like new game is no guarantee the online pass hasn been redeemed

Amazon doesn't check, so unless you get a factory sealed copy, never bet on it coming

But for MLB 13 you might get lucky- online isn't vital and isn't something people redeem right out of the box like they would a shoter
 
Whenever I buy from AWD and the game had some sort of code when it was released new, I will assume the code is used. But if it comes with the code I'll see that as a bonus.

Personally I just wouldn't risk it, unless buying the game and buying the code/pass end up being cheaper than buying it new....

Except they sent me BF3 Limited Edition. Just the discs.

I'm pretty sure you need the online pass to access the Vault which contains roster updates.

They say codes may be used why are they wrong? Buy new if you want to be safe. I think complaining to amazon for refund is bad they did not lie about it. If it did not say might be redeemed then ok but used is used people. Wait until amazon has enough of the bogus returns/partial refunds and gets rid of it.

Sorry had to be said people. I am shocked amazon still does this nonstop when it was sold like it was listed.. This world we live in now..

I believe the person you quoted was being sarcastic. I can see someone being upset about getting the version of a game that's only purpose is to have the online code with it. HOWEVER, if you buy a used copy of that game you would obviously assume the online code is used or else there was no benefit for the original user having payed extra for it.

Online matchmaking, roster updates, cross-play (if you get the Vita version as well).

And as others have said, sports games are likelier to have the pass than shooters. The AWD version I got had an unredeemed pass, but had it been, like, Call of Duty? I'd have been skeptical to get an unredeemed pass with it.
 
How accurate are the descriptions of Warehouse products? I'm looking at a copy of Tetris DS, but the description just seems like a stock answer they give. For example, they mention having the case and manual but that the DLC codes may be used, the latter item Tetris DS never had. I just want a clean, legit copy of Tetris DS. I've stumbled across way too many bootlegs that won't start in my 3DS XL.

Yep. Also, almost a week now and no more Tomb Raider CE's have been added. =(
 
This is the first time I have ordered from Warehouse Deals but I am wondering how long does it usually take for a item to prepare to ship? I ordered Xenoblade Chronicles about two days ago and its status has not changed with no estimated shipping date and I paid for 2-day shipping. Starting to think that my order is going to get canceled soon x_x.

Check your order confirmation email, see what the estimated delivery date is. There are times AWD would post a deal that they do not have inventory so you'd have to wait awhile until they ship it out.

Ah now that I look at the email I notice it says "In stock on March 20th" soo I am guessing it will be sent out tomorrow or the day after. Thanks for pointing that out.

Ya I got lucky been trying to get this for as cheap as possible had the seller page auto-refreshing every day on my 2nd monitor every 60 seconds while I played games. It was up still like for 5 minutes after I purchased it so I am guessing there was multiple copies that had come in.

If you like puzzles you will like Layton. Got my LN Ocarina of Time 3D today. Had a nick on the cover but otherwise everything was there. The Club Nintendo code wasn't used either. :)

They still want to publish and milk more DLC, but I also keep hearing ES6 as if it's around the corner, especially with next-gen consoles on the horizon. Too many factors to guess, but I would say go ahead and pick up Skyrim vanilla. There's plenty of content there to last you a LONG time without needing to worry about the DLC..

So far, I've downloaded all 3 of the packs and I'm not too impressed, so I wouldn't worry about buying them in the first place. If you must, you could always trade in the vanilla copy for the GOTY copy if it turns out to be worth it.

As it stands:
Dragonborn: I enjoyed the main quest, but it was rather short. There's a lot more to explore, but I've always found Morrowind rather boring.. and for some reason even in a different game/engine, it still feels like a dull environment.

Hearthfire: It didn't take long for me to realize "I just paid 5$ for house DLC. ****!".

I haven't started Dawnguard yet, but the ratings seem average for it..
