What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Yeah I was actually gonna buy it but I passed. I'm looking at it again though thinking about it.

Its like new also which made me double think

I prefer the Retro Duo Portable over this since it comes packaged with an adapter to play NES games and you can purchase another adapter to play Genesis games. Plus its more comfortable to me than the Supaboy and seems to have better compatibility.

If it's prime eligible, that means it's shipped through Amazon right? Isn't that essentially the same as buying from AWD?

Not at all. Some third party vendors let Amazon sell their products for them. The vendor ships it to Amazon, and Amazon is responsible for packaging/shipping the product.

I thought these products were sold out of the same warehouse as those sold by AWD. Isn't AWD also considered a third-party seller?

As far as I know, the seller still rates the condition of the item.

You still deal with Amazon for CS issues, but I personally would rather buy from AWD than a third party seller, assuming price and condition are the same.
 
I know that you guys have dealt with the Amazon CS before so I'm going to ask a question. A recently bought a keyboard but keys were broken and while it was what I ordered, it wasn't the model that needed as a replacement. If I select the option for "The shipping box or envelope isn't damaged but the product is", is it a straight up money get-gets-returned scenario? I don't what to exchange it for another one. Thanks.
 
Got my "good" 3DS XL for $142.xx. Came a day early and included everything. It was obviously used but works fine and included some screen protectors which of course I already ordered and so wasted $5 on.

The good thing was that it came with an unused pin so I used it and was able to get the "free" digital game.

I searched for a CQ50 keyboard and the the 5th result was for a cq60 keyboard but I didn't notice until it got it.
 
Well, if what you ordered is what you got, then it's no issue. If the item you ordered, came damaged then you can filed for a replacement or a return. If it was an item from Amazon warehouse deal, then most likely it'll be a return/refund because they rarely replace.

AWD is considered a subsidiary, not a completely separate entity like most fulfilled by amazon sellers. So you definitely wouldnt get the same amount of CS resolution options, its basically just the shipping/return process youre getting.

Nice deal. When did you order your 3DS XL and was that the red/black one you order?
I order mine on the 27th and I have not got mine yet? I even got 1 day shipping too. Also I order the like new 3DS XL Red/Black.

Lol, i've complained because an item wasn't in the condition described and got a partial refund.

Yep it was a red/black one in "good" condition and I ordered on the 28th. Got here Friday the 29th even though the delivery estimate was for Saturday the 30th.

If you did 1 day shipping and still didn't get it you need to talk to Amazon and get at least the $4 back for the shipping.

My 1 day shipping was for free because they mess up on of my orders. The order was in stock on the 28th and was shipped out on the 29th. That sucks for me. I order it a day earlier, but will need to wait for Tuesday to get it.
