What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Ive noticed this alot lately - I ordered the Injustice CE yesterday and it says the 29th. I ordered the one that just got posted and said May 6th.

Same thing happened 2 weeks ago with Bioshock Infinite and they cancelled my order saying they didn't have stock. Hopefully that doesn't happen again.

It's in the warehouse so we shall see if the price fluctuates on it and it becomes a deal or will it stay put like Fire Emblem 3ds. We shall see.
 
Oh man. $47 was my buying point for the GoW Ascension CE but I can't bring myself to do it. I just see that box sitting at a Gamestop in 6 months for $25 new.
 
My brother's PS3 came in, and it's the wrong model. It's the newer super slim, but he wanted the slim.

Looks brand new and all, but he had his heart set on the other one.

Just got my NEW Mass Effect 3 CE, hopefully someone here can answer this - did it not originally come with shrinkwrap on the outer packaging? It seems strange for it to have the exposed cardboard and metal, sealed only with a small bit of tape.

Been trying to get an assassin's creed 3 LE from warehouse for quite a while...each time one pops up for $80-$90 i nab it up..wait for 2 days...it arrives in a large box at my doorstep...Open it to find..just the game *sigh*. Back it goes. After the 4th or 5th time of this happening, i gave up.

Ordered a Bioshock Infinite CE couple days ago...arrives 2 days later, open it to find...no game, just the collector's ed. content..*sigh* fmluck
 
It's just the tape. There is no wrap. I got mine like that as well, as did others in this thread.

I also watched an unboxing video and it was the same thing.

Lol! Just saw the producer is "Generic". As far as the CE goes, it was stuck in shipping since the day I bought it and now it is going to be delivered today. Go figure. I will let you know how it turns out once I have it.
 
Not video game related, but I last week I ordered a Reese trailer hitch for my Jeep Patriot from AWD, listed as "Used - Good" for $43. It just showed up and it's brand new. The box was partially opened and taped shut, but most of it was stapled shut still, that and a small hole had been punched in the side of the box. The hitch itself is still cellophane wrapped, too.

EDIT: These hitches are $104 new through Amazon, so $43 was a steal.

That was unlucky. I got an Infinite CE with everything included and the Devil's Kiss lithograph and the game were sealed.


With regards to the Injustice, I think that I've only seen 360 versions. There have been a few CE but they tend to be taken within the minute.
 
Another non-gaming AWD success story. I ordered a case of regulation size hollow plastic bowling pins from AWD for our 1.5 year old twins. They are $72 from Amazon, but $16 on AWD. They arrived and were brand new. The outer box had never been opened.

yes, that's how it was originally packaged (without an outer layer of shrinkwrap)

When you bought yours, I actually bought one of the other Acceptables, but for once I finally had enough self control to say no to another PS3 and decided to cancel it....

....then I pre-ordered Soul Sacrifice over at Best Buy. FML.

Uhh, wut da hell? It was out for delivery and then suddenly had a departure scan the next day across the country. Not to mention the 2 departure scans are from 2 entirely different areas of the country so it seems unlikely they sent a duplicate. I have no idea what is headed to me right now...

No shrinkwrap on the outer package, just a clear plastic round piece of tape sealing the stuff to the cardboard outer case (the plastic tape resembles the Gamestop "newsed" stickers they put on gutted "new" copies to "seal" it).
 
Just got my very good persona 4 vita:

It came with unwrapped golden skin case!

Not bad for 20 bucks - no manual in the case but probably didn't come with one anyway....

Yeah, I don't think Vita games come with manuals.

I hate that, because Atlus always make great ones.
 
Had to return my "Like New" red Dualshock 3 that was cracked on the corner and had rattling plastic inside, and buttons that felt worn and unresponsive. Oh well, you win some you lose some. The "Like New" Pulse Elite headset I got for

There's a 72 page, full-color manual available on the game's live area page. They still make great manuals, they're just making them digitally now.

Which makes it easier for me to buy them used :D

I dislike digital manuals, I dislike anything digital, except for UV / VUDU, but i view that as a bonus to buying the movie.
