What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Not sure, it says it's charging but it wont turn on (low battery signal comes on).

Guess we'll see soon.

Most people post the condition of the items received from AWD.

Also: my Dark Soul tins are fairly dented...guess I spoke prematurely

A lot of the older cheap sports games are gone. They probably just took them off the site and are junking them as they went up in price before doing so and were in the Last Chance section for a few days as well.

 
To whomever posted the thing about using Goo Gone and a q-tip to put it on the label without peeling it at all and letting it sit that worked like a charm. Peeled off super clean and was way easier than peeling off the top layer first.

Are you trying to charge it through USB or the wall charger? It doesn't like to charge through USB and only certain generic USB wall chargers supply enough power for it.

Got my Dark Souls CE today too. Has a slipcover although the slipcover is beat to hell. Everything else is in good condition.

Also received my copies of Halo 4 & LBP2: SE that were cheap.

I'm a tad worried about using it on the Dark Souls tin since I'm not sure how it will react with the Goo Gone. Someone else try it and let me know!

Yeah, I bought like 7 other things non-gaming related and those were also around 80-90% off. Some stuff that I had saved for later to decide has increased their warehouse price ~30-50% extra.

I think their warehouse price algorithm for older stock got messed up and they have fixed it by restocking the same items... for now.

Man never have I ever seen this thread full of clutter, you guys really need to take the chat to the appropriate section. I really can't wait for all this madness is done. There isn't going to be many more deals like this. Who knows why it happened but, it did. Its over and done with. Stop complaining and move on. If your not posting deals your cluttering up this section.

Goo Gone works great on the Dark Souls CE except that it leaves the nasty residue from the Goo Gone.  I just used soap and water after getting the sticky crap off.

Yeah that's not going to happen. This thread has always had chatter about the deals available and the conditions of received deals. The Goo Gone discussion has popped up about 10 times, and it will keep popping up. If only deals were posted in this thread, it would be dead all the time. It only seems worse now because there are more people paying attention to it. It'll go back to normal in a week or so once everyone that doesn't pay attention to the thread normally gets tired of it.

Well said. Most of the chatting is about how the purchase outcomes were and about how to remove stickers which is pretty normal. The other chatting will die down in a few days so quit complaining.

As for my new packages today. Dark Souls CE was in really good condition. Tin had a few minor dents but otherwise it is like new. And Halo 4 was like new as well.

But on the topic of the AWD stickers, I find it off that they peel right off the cardboard slipcovers so easily that some games have. Normally, I'm able to peel it all off in one or two chunks. I would have bet that they would peel off of plastic easier and take a layer off of the cardboard. Go figure.

I personally don't think you need to justify yourself. I honestly think most people would have grabbed two if they could lol, I just wish I could have seen the vita before they were gone haha! Congrats on the 2 vitas! They look amazing!

 
Again... all the people complaining aren't thread regulars. They're just mad because they come in here and see that some of the regulars scored great deals, and now they're acting like forum police. As someone mentioned earlier, there are always pics in this thread of items people received. Sure that's bragging a little bit, but it's also showing the quality of items bought from this seller. And multiple people have been asking for pictures of these items so they can know what to expect when they get theirs. Or people who didn't get anything (like myself) are just genuinely interested. So please, shut the fuck up, and stop acting like a baby because you didn't get anything and other people did.

 
I got my Alan Wake CE and Dance Central yesterday. The slipcover for AW is beat up a bit, but everything else is fine. The disc for Dance Central is nicked up and it came in a green case, but for $2.01 w/ tax I'm pleased.
 
The Dark Souls CE isn't the greatest in the world, but you have to remember that it didn't cost anything extra at release, it was just a bonus for people who pre-ordered.

You might want to try a product called Undu. It was pulled off the market a while back but is now available again. I have found it at craft and scrap-booking shops. Oooo, looks like Amazon has it now.

I've never had a sticker or label it didn't remove cleanly, boxes, cases, books, and no residue or moisture.

So the slim 360 I grabbed runs a little warm. I think it's okay though. Trying to figure out of I should keep it and buy live, games, and a play and charge kit, or just trade it in for 150.Suggestions? I already have a ps3.
