What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

That's great. It's just that they ship on Mondays sometimes. I've ordered on the Weekends and sometimes got it on Tuesday, but it doesn't happen all the time.
 
Was trying to take the sticker off D2 and noticed the one underneath was on the insert. They opened up the double jewelcase and took out the back insert just to put a sticker on it. Anyone having any experience removing stickers on the insert itself without ruining it?
 
I ordered that (LN) Wii U Deluxe a couple days ago. It's said to be in today.. How has used systems come in from AWD? Anyone have problems?
 
Picked up Luigis Mansion Darm Moon when it was up. Probably going straight to the backlog, but I can rest assured as the 1st party titles rarely go down in price :D

I ordered my first Vita a long while back off of them. I don't remember the stated condition, but it came in like New, just the box was damaged. Never even used before. Was pretty happy about that haha

Get you a bottle of this stuff. They sell in most stores too.

When using it on the actual paper insert make sure you don't leave it too long or it could stain it.

I'd suggest looking up a video on how to properly use it to clean remove stickers from game cases
 
I got a Like New Tales of Symphonia a little bit ago for $19.27, but I just got the confirmation email and it says this:

"Your estimated delivery date is:
We'll notify you via e-mail when we have an estimated delivery date for this item. It will ship separately. You can cancel at any time."

Anybody ever see this when buying from AWD? I guess they're just going to send me the next copy that gets traded in.

snagged that Resident Evil 5 and 1 copy of LA Noire....tried to get that Batman but wasnt quick enough and that Dead Island looked mighty tempting but i got it on the pc and it plays awkward to me...

btw my copy of fallout 3 in acceptable condition came today via fed ex and its just missing instructions...case and game look great tho...


320gb hdd for slim 360 for $40 ...thats a great deal

Your link had a space in it. It looks like one if the generic cases they use. At least that's what a few of mine in generic cases have looked like.

Got it in today... Mass Effect 3 for Wii U was in the system.
 
Weird, I wonder why that Etrian Odyssey IV is $33? Another like new one was selling for $29 earlier today.

Picked up :ps3: Valkyria Chronicles and Dead Rising 2 CE since I sold the vanilla awhile ago for more. Backlog is beyond collection at this point, 192 total :ps3: games not counting the other systems...damn you CAG! ;)
 
Bought an acceptable Assassins Creed, came in a case, missing the slip cover, and manual (in acceptable condition), doesn't really bother me that much. Other game, fable II was missing the manual (not a big deal for me either).
 
I bought an acceptable Ikaruga for the GC earlier in the week. It came in original packaging but missing manual. some light scratches on the disc but that might have occurred because in transit the disc came lose. played fine though.

I bought an acceptable DS Lite a few years ago and it was in perfect condition, just without the box.

I haven't bought an "acceptable" one, but keep in mind that matte consoles don't clean as well as glossy ones and they tend to get greasy quick, so you may get one like that. Mine began to get somewhat greasy after a few years, but it was rarely used and I always took good care of it, so it was great when I sold it.

2 young kids and a wife keep me too busy to play much. I'm just now going through Batman Arkham City (damn the Mr. Freeze fight). I find myself consistently going back to playing the same staples: GTA IV Complete, BF3, ect...

I love vanillaware games and am really looking forward to picking this up. I would jump on this but I've spent way too much money on games this week.

It's a very great game. Vastly underrated, but well worth the price and experience. Give it a try, most often or not, you won't regret it. I'm glad I managed to pick it up at Gamestop for 9.99; haven't found it since.
