What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Systems usually come in great shape. Every now and then you'll get a dud, but USUALLY they're in better shape than what they are described on Amazon.

The 'acceptable' 360 I picked up a few months ago looked basically brand new, and had everything outside of the manuals and box. I rolled the dice on an acceptable 3ds xl hope it works out in a similar fashion.

That's what I did to mine when my original RRod'd on me and put the hard drive from that into the 4gb one. Worked flawlessly.

Like nJoy7 said that they sound worse than they actually are. Their are exceptions out there but overall anything good should come complete minus some wear if they were trade ins. If you aren't satisfied or if there is a problem, Amazon cs will be glad to help remedy the problem. Good luck!

Yup! That's how mine turned out to be. It was just a dinger (box had damage) but otherwise brand new. Of course YMMV in what you may end up with when it comes to acceptable conditioned items as they are a gamble.

 
honestly, I just don't want a) any MAJOR damage/scuffs/scratches/cracks anywhere on anything, b) any sort of display imperfections (scuffs, dead pixels, etc) on the Gamepad screen. Having NintendoLand present would be a nice plus. I'll report back. Thanks guys!!

I ordered a 4gb xbox 360 and it was brand new, but with a dinged box. description said something to that. if it's not to your liking, amazon has great returns and customer service

 
I just bit on the Good Vita for 160.  Really hope it's decent and I just didn't make a mistake =/ Always have buyer's remorse when spending over 50 bucks :D lol

Edit:  Just decided to cancel the order, would rather purchase it new with a warranty.  My past has my always getting screwed with used consoles haha.  Just left a bad taste in my mouth :p

Were there any used copies at any GameStops around you? It'd have been about the same price as a copy on AWD if you used one of those 20% coupons on it and/or you're a PUR Pro member.

Will do. I actually ordered the LN one first, but then changed my mind when I remembered that people here have gotten dingers near release day for acceptable and everything came with it, so I immediately switched to the acceptable one and canceled the LN one. Anyway, I'm hoping for the best lol

Good call on the acceptable one since right after release they do tend to be dingers and come complete minus the cosmetic damage to the packaging.

You should be fine, especially for a like new one after release. If not, just like you said, return it. Good luck to you both on awesome grabs. :)

 
Hmmm that Ni no kuni is lasting longer than usual... It's going for a solid $30 nowadays though. $5 off isn't bad. Backlog says no though.
 
^ Same thing happened to me, when I purchased GRID 2 right at release date it came in completely smashed and coverart torn, looked like a dog teared it apart.

 
Well my Good Wii U is really all I could ask for. Everything was in outstanding condition, much of it still packaged/wrapped. Serial was unregistered and activated perfectly. The only flaw was two noticeable (but not major) scratches on the top of the unit. About an inch long each. System still looks gorgeous though. For an $80 savings I'll live with it!!!
 
bahh, lost power, missed the restock and anything good is now gone.

also don't forget broken game cases from amazon are often probably a crap UPS or fedex guy, not necessarily amazon.

Congrats! Here is another success story:

I just got my copy of :360: Prey: Limited edition that I scored for $6.85 listed in like new condition on Sunday. There is only one flaw and that is the cardboard sleeve has an inch long rip in one of the corners. Otherwise, everything is there and is in mint condition including the tin box, artbook, manual, and pewter figurines. Makes me very happy for what I paid for it.

Well, I checked a Sams close by, no luck. Since it's on clearance I seriously doubt I'll find any. I'll stick with my Amazon order. It arrives on Thursday, so I'll report back on the condition.

uncharted 3 ce like new until i looked at the disc... It looks like someone poked it a bunch with a screw driver... There QC sucks will keep for rest of the goodies but forget awd to many qc issues for my blood.
