What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Must sacrifice more bunnies

More sacrifice bigger chance of deals  :bow:   Haha...  Well that was a fun week guys looks like things are getting back to normal besides the fact that there is 78 people in this thread when its usually like 20.  AWD has caused me to lose many nights of sleep.  Maybe Ill be able to sleep well tonight

Which is why I am actually looking forward to going back to work at nights. It will keep me away from this thread. :lol:

I had a feeling that would be the case as the listing mentioned nothing about the actual CE and was listing just the steelbook and game. I ordered it a while back and got the same thing too. Only option you have is to either return or chat / email Amazon customer support and maybe get a partial refund on it.

 
Any Amazon Prime members ever have a problem with not getting their item from Warehouse Deals in the two-day shipping time frame?

I purchased the SanDisk USB 32GB on the 13th and my guaranteed delivery date was yesterday, the 15th. I didn't receive it yesterday and it's 5PM ET my local time today and it still hasn't arrived. Also, when I try to track the shipment, it says no details are available. Should I wait another day or contact Amazon now?

call them. They always give you some refund for not being able to keep their part of the contract (which is delivering within 2 days)

I would give it another day. I had that happen recently and sure enough got my package early the following day.

They are now! I have not seen the original CE with those contents mentioned above anywhere since the 1st runs ran out.

Just to clarify, I meant the picture listing did not show the extras but the actual listing does show the CE contents so yeah you should have gotten the goodies. Contact Amazon CS for partial or full refund.

 
Thanks guys. I feel petty seeing as how I just paid 30 bucks for a 360, but I already own the game on psn. Might see what they decide, if not I'll eat the purchase.

For the price not bad at all... It looks like IGN gave it an 8.1 and had an interesting review that gave some background on the developers (Former Sucker Punch employee's apparently).

I threw the acceptable one in my cart but then decided to go back and grab the good one for just that reason. I doubt it'd be anything bad, but better safe than sorry. Especially for 50 cents.

 
Literally got 5 games this past week plus my vita's coming yet I've only been playing the FF XIV beta and will probably only play that when it's officially released o.o

Got my FF13 Special Edition bundle that was $39.40. It was listed as Acceptable but i'd say it's in better condition than that. The controllers, cables, all have a brand new smell. One even has a sticker on the back. 

Had everything it's supposed to. Two wireless controllers, 250gb FF 13 engraved HD, copy of FF13, and console.
