What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Both dropped fast but the original took longer. I almost got it when it was around $12 but Dark Arisen got announced. Did you buy the DLC?

No was it worth it? Ive been debating on getting it. Ive been having trouble getting myself to want to play that game again though. Im at the end of the game and I just got bored of it.

Hmmm, the G or LN Black Ops II Hardened? A, G, and LN are not dingers, and "Clear external signs of wear or damage to the packaging or instructions may be present. Game may have identification markings from its previous owner." is in the description for G. Is it worth saving $6 to risk getting some scratched up case?

The box might have some wear but everything else should be fine. All of them sound non dingers so at this point they are coming in as potential collector item at best. Once in a while folks leave out unredeemed codes so you can get lucky that way but YMMV. You should be fine going in for a good one.

 
I ordered 4 things last night. One thing is expected to be delivered tomorrow and the other three are next Tuesday which would be 5 days. Anyone experience this recently?

I couldn't see them having any more dingers a year into the game, so that's true. I'm actually mostly interested in the steelbook, so codes aren't too much of a big deal especially since they decided to release Nuketown Zombies out to non-CE purchasers.

They have more than 1 fulfilment center. Relax. They do try to fulfil orders so that it all ships at once, but depending on shipping speed and what stock is like can result in what happened to you.

I experienced something similar when I ordered on Thursday night and got delivery estimate for Tuesday. Delivery changed on 2 of the items to Saturday while one of them still did not get to me until Tuesday.

If you are looking for the complete package go for it but if you are just looking for the steelbook, I have seen plenty at GSs nearby me so that is an alternate to just the steelbook.

Some stores don't put them out while others do. Ask an associate at a store near you if they have a steelbook version anywhere in the store.

Thanks. I normally wouldn't care but two of the things I ordered are for my brother and he is leaving town Monday. Guess I will see if the delivery date gets updated.

 
I got my Zone of the Enders today. Not a dinger. It's in terrible condition. I don't know what the hell the previous owner wanted to do to it. It has the most bizarre tears and wrinkles I've ever seen. I think I'll return it.

I also got Pokemon X. I think someone used it.

My Code of Princess arrived in a bubble mailer so the outer box got crushed.

Bad stuff.

 
decent update. Got one of those arkham collectors thats up for $77. Also may of have bought something I just traded in for 1/5 of what they paid me, says it ships next month so we'll see.

Usually I try not to, especially if you are talking the items you just picked up. I usually try to trade in first and then if I am getting the same games I traded in I try to get a diff associate to check me out. I really try NOT to do this as it looks odd and they can refuse your business for any reason they want. Best bet, at a minimum, is to trade in your games, go get lunch 2 minutes away, then come back later and buy the next set of games. I do not think there is an official policy against trading right back in, but there are too many managers trying to prove how brown their noses are and might ask you to leave. Best situation is if you got multiple BB's near you, but time and gas cost money too.

 
did a large percentage of AWD games become non-eligible for any other prime users? Im seeing a lot of free shipping with $35 instead of free two day.

New min for fsss is 35. Prime is like its been for a while ie no min for non addon items or other exclusions.

I just noticed this morning as well some AWD are not eligible for prime, I noticed AssCred 3 was not but games cheaper than it are. Strange.

 
Wow the shipping charges suck. For God Of War the cheapest shipping is $4.98 with Prime. Lousy. That'll kill a lot of the deals. Hopefully it's some bug that gets worked out. If not I'll be spending a hell of a lot less on AWD.

Or like that grand theft auto, its $40+ so its shipped free but as super saver? WTF, I dont want to be paying $79 a year to get things in a week.
