Amazon has some great warehouse deals, and most of their used games are in like new condition (condition listed can be acceptable, good, very good, like new, or new). Please post specific deals you find via Warehouse deals in this thread. Check latest posts for the newest deals, or click the link below.

WIKI: It seems people had a few suggestions from the last thread in terms of updating the OP. I've changed a few things, but if there is anything else you want to change, feel free to do so.

F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
From Amazon: Get deep discounts on open-box, like-new, refurbished, or used products that are in good condition but do not meet Amazon.com's rigorous standards as "new".

Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, new but with damaged packaging product aka "dinger" and trade ins in generally like new condition. They are considered 3rd party by affiliation and as such the "Amazon Warehouse Deals" distinction but are still part of Amazon.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes! All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What states does Amazon charge sales tax?
Items sold by Amazon.com LLC, or its subsidiaries, and shipped to destinations in the following states are subject to tax:

Arizona
California
Connecticut

Florida
Georgia
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Massachusetts
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
North Carolina
North Dakota
Pennsylvania
Tennessee
Texas
Virginia
Washington
West Virginia
Wisconsin

Note: No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

What do you mean by a "dinger"?
Dinger = Item is new but the packaging is damaged in some way or form.

These are speculative guesses at best going by descritption of any given item and also taking into account the length of time an item has been out since its release. Shorter the span of time from release of a game or console, better the chance of scoring a new item with damaged packaging aka "dinger".

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
First and foremost all games from AWD are considered used unless specified as new. Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and depending on condition they can be perfect / brand new, brand new with damaged packaging aka "dinger" to just a game in a generic case. AWD has 5 condition criteria for their listings and they are:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened video game in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.

Like New: An apparently unopened video game in perfect condition (although it may be out of its original wrapping). The box and item are pristine, with no signs of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Very Good: A well-cared-for video game that has been played but remains in great condition. The game and its original packaging are complete and slightly worn, but unmarked and undamaged. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Good: The video game shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. There may be clear external signs of wear and damage to the original packaging or instructions, but the game plays perfectly. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Acceptable: The video game is fairly worn, but it continues to work perfectly. The box and instructions may be missing or damaged. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Sellers are required to note whether the box or instructions are missing in the condition notes field for the item. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Any game I have personally ever bought in good or above condition has been in near mint condition. Acceptable ones have been a gamble. Getting DLC with games has also been a gamble and since AWD games are considered used, don't expect unused DLC even though there will be occassions where they may come unused. In regards to DLC, ymmv. Conditon wise, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases and inserts, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc. Consoles listed in "acceptable" conditon can be either new in damaged packaging and or a pure gamble in what conditon they will truly be in along with what is included in the box depending on the time frame from release of the console.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot

What are you guys rambling about? There are great games for both systems already. I had a blast with my x1 when I had it for a few months and I've been loving my ps4 ever since launch.

personally, there isn't a single game either out or recently announced for either system that I'm interested in that I can't play on my PC. Really, it's all about preference.

Makes sense if you have a PC, there's endless for that. Still can't say there's no games for ps4 yet I've been plenty busy with Battlefield 4, tomb raider definitive, infamous, outlast, mercenary kings, trials fusion, dead nation, resogun, metal gear ground zeroes, watch dogs, soul suspect, Wolfienstein, rayman, MLB 14. Not to mention the Destiny and battlefield hardline beta I just got into. Good times all around, it's more than enough until the overflow of games release in the months to come.

my valkyria chronicles 2 and ar tonelico qoga arrived. the qoga was new and sealed so nice score there I would say even if the game isn't very good. my 45$ ln fire emblem radiant dawn arrived yesterday as well in as described condition so I'm pleased about that as well.  Once again thank you deal seeker for that link as without it and my tenacity and persistent stalking I never would of gotten it under 70 bucks.

I wouldn't say anything on my One is great. Titanfall is decent. Forza is solid. Watch Dogs is good, but is short and lacks replayability. KS: Rivals is inaccurate and frustrating, though fun when it works. Definitely no must-have in my book, but I got it as a college graduation present, and there will be great games in the next 3-6 months.

Kinda. I wanted to play Titanfall, but I will not buy from EA, nor will I create an Origin account. Getting the Titanfall bundle let me get the game for free (same price as sans-game console), and it doesn't require Origin on the One (though other EA titles do).

I'm vengeful and hate EA, though.

Same here. I think it's only worth it if you want to play BF4 or something, but I already play that on PC. But at least Titanfall isn't dead on Xbox One like it is on PC. Waiting on the Master Chief Collection.

Forza Horizon 2 is the next potential buy from me, when talking retail titles. However, I want to get Pure Pool and The Golf Game (will NOT pay for Early Access games, I think they're the epitome of potential fraud) in the summer, but they do not have release dates, and IDK if TGC is digital-only or not.

There's a used like new xbox one with kinect for 418.28 that's been sitting there  for a while. hope these prices come down soon.

I think everyone is waiting for the kinect less dingers now so no one is going to bite on the ones with a kinect. I know that's what I'm waiting for. Lol

Personally, I'm waiting for the any of the Next-Gen consoles to get more RPG's/JRPG's. The only two games I'm interested on the PS4 is Second Son and on the ONE is Dead Rising 3. I've never been one to shell out the money for something that doesn't have '5' or more games that I'm interested in. Also, I've never seen the point myself in buying a whole new system for games that will still be on the old one. I just don't see 64vs64 battles in Battlefied 4 or newer graphics that enticing for my wallet. Everyone has their preferences and I'm sure that for those that have bought them have found it worth the purchase but everyone's different.  :whistle2:

Holy shit! I didn't know VC got a sequel. Can it be downloaded on a vita?

Wildstar update time!

This game continues to be everything I hoped it would be.  I'm going on 22 now and just ran my first dungeon and it's entirely living up to what I had hoped it would be.  At this point the dungeon wasn't nearly as crazy as that boss fight that was in that video I posted when I caved and impulse bought the game but it was still the sort of experience I had hoped for on a smaller scale.

We died, a lot.  Even the trash was more than capable of wiping us and did multiple times.  The bosses were neat and had more to do than stand there and spam your rotation.  Like one boss was just a tank and spank until he vanished to summon adds, then knocked you away and you had to get back to him through a dozen tornadoes and random lightning strikes.  Or the last boss that made you stand close to a random player and then kept lobbing AOE attacks at them so the whole group had to circle around the boss while staying close to that player.  We died at least 8-10 times on the tornado boss and it was awesome.

Reminded me of BC before they started nerfing everything.  Hellfire Ramparts was the first instance in the expansion and was a ton of fun but really hard in the early days of BC when you were leveling through for the first time.  The bosses all had unique mechanics, a lot of the trash did too, and everyone died a lot as we all figured it out together.  Was entirely worth it and so satisfying to have beaten it through teamwork, perseverance, figuring out the mechanics, and a health dose of luck.  That's how BC felt and that dungeon tonight was satisfying in much the same way.

Questing is fine but still sort of uneven which is fine enough and it does subtly teach you the mechanics of the game and prep you for group stuff through the things it has you do.  Not surprised that it dips in the middle though since most MMOs, especially early on, are strongest in quest stuff at the front end.

Housing is awesome in so many ways.  First it's where you go to log out for the rested XP bonus and items you use to decorate can give you a boost to that bonus.  You can also set up things that are useful on your land like a vendor or crafting station.  I have a garden and mine on my plot and it pays off so much.  Every half hour approximately I can go back home and harvest some plants and mine some ore and just pay about 1 gold a week to maintain it.  Once I have friends they can even come to my land and do these things and I can set up a split so that if I'm away and they want to do that we both share the materials.  Best of all you have not only your standard hearth that you can bind wherever but also a hearth just to take you to your house on a 20 minute CD.  Even better when you leave your land it puts you exactly where you were before.  So if you were in the city it puts you back at the teleporter there, but if you used the home hearth it puts you back in the world exactly where you were.  This is amazing because every time I see that it's up I can use it, farm my stuff, then be right back to questing.   No travel hassle or anything; though sometimes I feel like I'm playing Farmville when I log on just to harvest my plants.

Below you can see my engineer Cinnabar fresh off tanking that dungeon, on her floating house island (Cinnabar Island naturally), with her artillery bot by her side.

You need a PS3 to transfer it but yes, you can... in a way.
Does this 'transfer' call for any other shady means? Just noticed it on the store on the internet but not on my Vita. I wouldn't mind playing it after finishing the first game on my PS3 but I can't say that I know how to do the transferring. I'd imagine it's via a cable but that's about it. Can this same way be used for other PSP titles that don't show up on the Vita's digital store?

Some but not all titles, like the Spyro/Crash games won't work even using the transfer method.

It's just downloading the file to your PS3 and then using the Vita connection to the PS3 to transfer it over, think it's part of content manager. Nothing shady about it, some games likely just don't have the licensing to be in the Vita store.

I would have liked to try out the Tales of the World Radiant Mythology titles but they don't even seem to be on the online/digital store.

I'd still like to do it for Valkyria Chronicles 2 (if possible) anyways, unless I'm mistaken, is it basically going into the store online or your PS3 purchasing the title and then downloading it like you would normally do anything else digitally? Then transferring it over via 'Content Manager'? I can't say that I've tried that yet. I'm also not really sure but isn't the cable for that the same as the wall charger?

Yes to everything.

Edit: Use the USB cable from the wall charger to connect your Vita to the PS3.

In my case I have a ridiculous backlog it makes more sense to wait for the first official price drop or redesign. Now if they had BC I may have bitten already like I did the Wii.

Did 1 click, counting down now ;)

Dinger? Or probably really used?

"Includes manual, cover art, and packaging. Bonus downloadable content may have already been redeemed. Clear external signs of wear or damage to the packaging or instructions may be present. Game may have identification markings from its previous owner."

Still a little wary from the last time I did a AWD XB1 and got it DOA (well error code).

Not a dinger, a trade in. The "previous owner" part gives it away.

The previous owner identification markings means probably not a dinger. I thought about getting it but it's still too much for me. There's not enough coming up that I can justify the price. Maybe at $300 or so I'll grab one.

Thanks for the info both of you! How badly will Amazon treat me if this one isn't up to my standards and I return it since I just returned the other one? Figured I'd sell the Kinect for 30-40 bucks or whatever it is going for on eBay...

Edit: Cancelled, want a Kinectless so maybe they'll be a dinger for that eventually.... Thanks again for the help.

Can anybody here recommend me a good, sturdy case for my vita? I want to buy something that'll protect it completely.

Yeah, I have a Vita Slim.
I don't have the brand name off the top of my head but target sells a really nice case . They make one for the 3ds and for the vita . There super sturdy and protective .http://m.toysrus.com/skava/static/product.html?type=TRU_product_us&url=%2Fproduct%2Findex.jsp%3FproductId%3D20953936%26cp%3D%26parentPage%3Dsearch&domain=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.toysrus.com

They make this same case for the vita specificly and it fits the slim perfectly. I'm on my phone sorry of it didn't format property.

I got the Vault case for my slim as well, and I wouldn't personally recommend it. It's awesome, but the fit is just too tight, and it's a pain to get in and out. I think it was Cainiac(?) who said he liked it and the fit wasn't really a problem, so it's probably just personal preference. But my vote would be nay. I haven't decided on a different case yet, nothing quite like the Vault.

I've been looking for a deal on an Xbox One the past few days (though, unlike most...I actually don't mind Kinect...especially with the Harmonix announcement that anyone who bought old Dance Central DLC will get the Xbox One version of it for free). Those $390 (VG) and $418 (LN) units just weren't doing it for me considering I'm one of the lucky people who has to pay sales tax on Amazon now.

But then I clicked something, and somehow stumbled upon a listing from Square Deals for a LN console for $412 (description said "barely used store return"...so hopefully that's accurate). Still more than I wanted to pay...but then I remembered, third party sellers don't have to charge sales tax. Still got Prime shipping. Still able to use Amazon gift cards. So, with my state's 9.75% sales tax, it worked out to being the same as getting the system for $375 through AWD. So, that seemed like a pretty solid deal in my book.

Not trying to sound like a bragging post (though i am pleased with myself, lol). But I wanted to mention it for people who are looking. It might be worthwhile to keep an eye on other sellers. Probably less of a chance of getting a dinger, but those seem pretty elusive anyway.

Every reason to brag, that's a great deal. Good for you. Where do you live with that high of a tax rate, though? I think mine (IL) is ridiculous, and it's only 8.5%.

Haha, thanks. I always get a little extra proud of myself when I'm able to cut multiple corners, lol. I live in Nashville, TN. We don't have state income tax here, so they hit us extra hard on sales tax. Amazon started charging sales tax here in January, so it's been rough seeing those prices not nearly as competitive as they used to be.

Random post: Lego The Hobbit is the best Lego game ever. EVER! So damn purty and fun on next gen.

If you see one for XB1/PS4 pop up for $25 or below, buy it.
