I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What is this "glitch deals" that I keep hearing about in this thread?

On August 7th, 2014, AWD glitched out similar to how it did around penny deals, except lot of stuff went for cheap instead for a penny. The pricing algorithm went haywire and in the process lot of stuff went for cheap across the AWD spectrum from games to iphones to tablets and everything else in between. The "glitch deal" lasted for maybe a couple of hours and fellow CAGs that were around during that time made out like a bandit. Below is the timeline leading up to the night and the deals that went down on that night.

What do you mean by a "dinger"?
Dinger = Item is new but the packaging is damaged in some way or form.

These are speculative guesses at best going by descritption of any given item and also taking into account the length of time an item has been out since its release. Shorter the span of time from release of a game or console, better the chance of scoring a new item with damaged packaging aka "dinger".

AWD product description says "Factory Sealed", is this item new?
First and foremost, AWD sells used / open box items so in their terms it has been sealed / resealed at an Amazon Warehouse and hence the "Factory Sealed" part so no it isn't necessarily new. It isn't necessarily new because it could go one of two ways:

1. It was traded in / open box return / test unit that was resealed at an Amazon warehouse facility.
2. It was a dinger (new with damaged packaging and with seals intact).

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
First and foremost all games from AWD are considered used unless specified as new. Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and depending on condition they can be perfect / brand new, brand new with damaged packaging aka "dinger" to just a game in a generic case. AWD has 5 condition criteria for their listings and they are:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened video game in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.

Like New: An apparently unopened video game in perfect condition (although it may be out of its original wrapping). The box and item are pristine, with no signs of wear. Suitable for presenting as a gift. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Very Good: A well-cared-for video game that has been played but remains in great condition. The game and its original packaging are complete and slightly worn, but unmarked and undamaged. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Good: The video game shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. There may be clear external signs of wear and damage to the original packaging or instructions, but the game plays perfectly. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Acceptable: The video game is fairly worn, but it continues to work perfectly. The box and instructions may be missing or damaged. The video game may have identification markings from its owner. Sellers are required to note whether the box or instructions are missing in the condition notes field for the item. Activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Product may not include downloadable content.

Any game I have personally ever bought in good or above condition has been in near mint condition. Acceptable ones have been a gamble. Getting DLC with games has also been a gamble and since AWD games are considered used, don't expect unused DLC even though there will be occassions where they may come unused. In regards to DLC, ymmv. Conditon wise, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases and inserts, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc. Consoles listed in "acceptable" conditon can be either new in damaged packaging and or a pure gamble in what conditon they will truly be in along with what is included in the box depending on the time frame from release of the console.

It is equivalent (for me) to having an exposed root. You get a shooting pain for about 6 seconds on random teeth. I actually took an advil, but it doesn't do much. It is similar to nerve pain that someone with a hurt back would get, but in your teeth. I've had a root canal without numbing, so I usually have a pretty high threshold for pain.

You also shouldn't eat "anything that would stain a white shirt" for 48 hours, so I'm thinking celery and water are all I am eating for a while. haha I've been trying to find a list of 'safe' foods, but I am still searching. I think I have white cheese, so grilled cheese is going to be dinner tonight.

The whitening worked pretty well, so I am probably good for quite a while. They had a groupon deal so I basically got it for free (paid what I normally would pay for a visit for a bundle).

Really cheap deals (some through AWD) that I wound up keeping. All my stuff is with my PC so it's not really a convenient place to play games with my daughter. So as I've wound up with a second 360 then PS3 then Vita TV (counting that as a second Vita) those have gone in the front room with the Wii U.

 
So curious, for the collectors edition of Assassins creed unity, for a VG copy, should it be expected to come with everything? Just possibly in a re packed box or damaged box? Never bought such a big CE off AWD. Just a couple steelbook editions and I've also never got a pc game off there either.

General Gaming Thread. You can find it under the General Gaming section. Pretty funny threads there.

Even though we're all on one big forum, a lot of members are cliquish I notice. Usually people only stay on one section of cag. You got GGT, Sony/MS/Nintendo, OT, Vs, and the gaming deal subforums. I usually post in the gaming deals (helps feed my gaming hobby) but I like to browse around the other sections once in awhile. The site is big enough to keep me entertained during a full work day in between tasks. Any leftover time I have I just check out GAF.
 
Guh so my Gears of War CE (G) showed up and it has the tin, slipcover, two disks and general booklet but its missing the "Destroyed" art book. I love the conidition of the tin and disks but I really wanted to art book to And the description said complete. Should I complain to amazon? Im not sure if itll help at all but I feel like missing a core part of the ce makes it unqualified to be good. I expected missing stuff when I ordered the gears 2 (a) but from good I expected it all to be there, just maybe not the best shape. At the same time not all that sure if I wanna return it. Guh now im just ranting as idk what to do. Or does anyone happen to have a spare artbook for this game?

I was waiting for one to pop up between $240 and $260, but I missed them every time they came up by just a few minutes. I got salty and decided to drop $316 for the Black Friday bundle. It should be here tomorrow. Hopefully I get some good results.

What the fuck did they do to whiten your teeth? Seriously? My wife is a dentist, and she wants to know (and hopes a dental professional was the one who did it, not the booth at the mall.)

WD had let me down recently.
I ordered Bayonetta 2 "very good" the description stated all included, signs of use, possible dave data, etc. It showed up today in a white Wii case, no cover, no manual, no disc for the first game....and the Amazon sticker said "condition acceptable."
I am returning it and a "like new" one was on WD for $5 ($40.xx) less, so I'm trying one more time. Let's hope for a complete game.
