I don't remember anyone ever talking about buying used from futureshop online so my first time has been a surprise. Package arrived today with titles I got during their buy 3 used, save 30% sale (over now) and I knew they resealed their used games in plastic wrap, but evidence tape and huge stickers on the back of all the cases for good measure? It's like EBgames 2.0! All kidding aside, not bad, though I did get an unexpected PH release in the mix which I rather I hadn't.

Just picked up Saints Row The Third today for 39.99. Kinda sad that I didn't get it for 30$, but what can you do. I love how they give you the second game for free, when you redeem your online code. 2 games for 45$ is a steal.

Maybe send them an e-mail? They are either really busy or they are just being lazy. I ordered some Blu-rays and it shipped pretty much the day after. If it was me I know I would be getting pretty pissed.
