Great deal; I'm going to pick this up and then trade The Darkness in for credit somewhere, and pick up either Halo 3, Orange Box, Mass Effect, or Assassin's Creed.. haven't decided yet.

Seems normal to me. I don't know if I want to get this though. I already beat Bioshock twice on a rental and received all the achievements. Never played The Darkness though.

And I also want Silent Hill: Origins and Mass Effect.

Email should work. I just sent an email to Frys to cancel my order and they cancelled it within 10 mins.
 
Yup, e-mail worked fine. Just got a response saying they'd cancelled it, double checked my order on their site, and it says cancelled too.
 
the amazon one won't work for me. on the last checkout page, it says 106.98. however, in the cart, it says that darkness is free. i think it might be because i have amazon prime? any tips on getting it to work?

EDIT: i kept clicking to change the shipping options and it eventually worked. i dont know if that did it, but my order is in!
 
I put an order in because I don't own either game, but I actually canceled after I realized how many games I've been buying and not finishing lately (Ratchet and Clank, Zack and Wiki, Halo 3, Blue Dragon, and more). Plus Super Mario Galaxy hits tomorrow, and then there's Mass Effect and TRU's B2G1 free on Wii games next week... I can wait to play Bioshock sometime down the line on a PC that can do it justice. This is a sweet deal for those who've been looking for a sale on Bioshock though.
 
I ordered earlier today when it was still good and it went through. My email invoice went out after it ended and I am being charged for BOTH games now.

Mine says "Buy both and save" but both = Halo 3 + BioShock = $109.

It also says The Darkness if $56, or I can "Buy both and save" with BioShock for $104.

Man amazon has been kicking some ass lately with the $45 DotD controller +play and charge kit, matching CC's $40 VF5 and now matching Fry's with a $10 discount, damn.

I'm borrowing both of these from my brother, but I might just buy this to ebay them.

EDIT: Meh, probably not worth it to ebay them, might get like $10 profit total and I'm not going to be a dick and order like 5 of them just to resell. If I could definitely trade them for other games I want I'd go for it, but yeah.

What's with this deal anyways? Does darkness have low reviews or they ordered way too many? Just seems way too good.
 
I'm glad I got on this deal. I played through Darkness, it was a cool game. It had issues with Errors near the end where if you didn't do things in a certain order, it would freeze when you tried to leave the subway.

I figure, I can give Darkness to someone or trade it with a friend. Plus I got Bioshock for a lower price. Sweet.

Patience is the key. Let that be a lesson you Mass Effect for $160 boys.
 
Just ordered mine!!! Had to get 2-day shipping because always had issues with amazon taking forever. Probable will sell Darkness seeing that I've beat it before and traded. But non the less Great Deal OP!!!
 
I've already bought Bioshock(thanks to TRU B2G1) but I caved in and ordered this as well. :(

Oh well. I haven't opened Bioshock yet so hopefully I can return it to TRU. Worse comes to worse I can always trade it in at Game Rush for $25-$30.

Since Amazon screwed me out of a Wii (long story), the CSR made good on their promise and credited me $5, so I got both games for $44.99!
 
I'm also in for a set from Amazon.

For those with problems getting the correct price from Amazon, there seems to be a bug in their system that places two seperate orders for the games. I simply placed the order and made a quick call to customer service. They fixed the problem and combined the orders to give me the correct price. I'm also a Amazon Prime member if that sheds any light.
 
I tried to avoid this deal, but I couldn't pass it up any longer. I ordered through Amazon about an hour ago. Now the should I/shouldn't I stress has lifted. :)
 
I have Bioshock on the PC but have intended to check out Darkness. To bad Darkness is not on the top of my list at this time or else I would get it and just trade in Bioshock or take it back to Walmart and say it was a gift.
