Uh, do they make $100 PSN cards? Last time I checked was they come in $10s, $20s, and $50s? A guy I usually deal with offered me one, but I've never seen em that high.

So, unless you got somebody that can vouch for you, any account with 0 posts or one that averages 1 post on CAG every 6 months and 0 feedback (from CAG or gamesharing) is suspect to me, and that means that i'm not going to answer PM's and get in an useless back and forth. Don't be offended by it. And yes, I already asked a moderator to eliminate the fake negative feedback that i got. That is all

then why not just write it next to your offers that you only want to sell to certain people, thats easier than wasting peoples time and patience with your offers who take the effort to send you a pm and wait for your answer in anticipations of playing a game, when you arent going to sell to them anyways, and when you even ignore their PMs like an asshoe (which you clearly are if you offer something and then ignore everyone who writes), and how should they know you arent selling to them or only the $1 games?

kinda funny you are in all this trouble and get negative feedback and then you complain when its you who didnt make it clear who you are selling to. Clearly you are the problem here, when you could just add the line "respected cags only"

but as we ve seen countless times with shadowlombax and estonianbeast that is no guarantee either. its the characteristics of little people they cant trust humans... yeah they maybe do not get scammed once or twice this way. but they lose out on dozens , hundrets of opportunities in life this way because they are too scared of trusting people. Most are really good if you give them a chance. Enjoy your day.

I already told you yesterday to escalate to a claim because otherwise paypal does not even look into it :)  , maybe you did not see it? so now he made one, it probably means he rejects your dispute and says "because of digital product", which, honestly, will make it difficult for you to get your money back.

you should however collect all evidence, make screenshots, and add it to the dispute in paypal and maybe you can contact all the others he scammed here, and add their emails / case numbers to your case so paypal can easily see he is a scammer.

Ok guys now i give up and i don't think paypal will chargeback because seller escalate and now i am selling my PS+ 1 year membership for $45 because i have to buy few games through gameshare,  if anyone interested then pm me.

a claim just means paypal will make a decision. So you better get off your dissapointed/lazy ass and give them some proofs now. What did he write into the escalation?!

 
It doesn't matter if either the seller or the buyer escalated the case to a claim. What's the main issue is if you had sent either via Personal Payment (Family & Friends "gifted") or Paying for Goods & Services (with fees). 

If you paid via gifted, you won't get your money back, there is no protection whatsoever sending via that payment. Guaranteed.

As I have tried once before (as I used to deal a lot of business on eBay via factory suppliers).

If you had sent via with fees for goods and services, then he would have to provide a tracking number or receipt for the goods or services that he had rendered in this case. Usually, if you state that you have not received the item or service, Paypal will side with you. Both a trust/safety, and a claims resolution specialist will take a look at the case for a few days (up to a week or more depending on the tracking and documentation) then make a swift un-able-to-be-overturned-or-reviewed resolving decision. 

Anyway, don't sweat if the seller had taken the liberty in escalating the case. Saves you the trouble from doing it yourself, and all you can really do right now is just sit out and wait. I'd give a call to Paypal resolutions about it to let them know what's going on, and perhaps expedite the process a little bit. Speaking from experience.

^ I wouldn't recommend that route. 

He would be unable to go ahead with that process anyway, because he had already filed the dispute

and it had been escalated. It's a wait and see scenario now.

Well, in light of the recent events with several folks being scammed by a bad apple, I highly doubt anyone is going to want to deal with me as I have not made a deal for any sort of Gameshare yet. However, if you are willing, I have no problem sending the payment first. Also, if it helps, you can see from the little bit of feedback that I do have on CAG, it's all positive. :D

Smooth you should take a ss of his comment about saying what he did and send to paypal. While it's not 100% confession, you can explain the circumstances around his comment and what he was being accused which he did not deny.



Edit: also, I would tell them that you guys dealt purely through message correspondence. Send a ss of your message to show that nothing was sent with a code. Ask them to request proof from him that a code was sent. I'm sure you will win this one although it won't be easy since it's digital.

and thats why a friend has a good feedback account here and he gives me the resells i want..
