@Encrypt: thanks for the Silent Hill Shattered Memories heads-up -- been wanting this game for a while, but wasn't willing to break my "$20 or less rule". Now that it's finally dropped in price I'm really excited to play.


Sadly, I also got sucked in for a copy of Wii Music. With several young nieces and nephews around, it seemd worth the $10 gamble. Surely I can flip it somewhere for $5 if none of the little ones want to play, and I'll get Club Nintendo Points to boot right? (Even sadder: when I got home there was no registration slip in the case. EB Games must have opened the package and then put shrink wrap back on, with the registration getting "lost" somewhere along the way. Hmm... worth complaining about?)

I would complain since it was supposed to be a new game and the registration slip for Club Nintendo is about the only reason to want to buy the game for $10.

You bought it from EB games?

Most BBV's I've been to have it for $4.99, so $2.50 used on their current 50% off $5 used games promo. About what it's worth imo. It was pretty bad.
 
I just called my EB store. They said the doorcrashers are over. So we can finally put this Game Days sale out of it's misery.

My local BBV blows. They never have any Wii games worth playing on sale. I keep checking just in case, but have come up empty handed every time.
 
I just want to say thanks for everyone that helped out! Alot of people helped, but a few names really came to the forefront. Modano9 especially for being my back-up and giving me insight into alot of deals, JnJosh, HeLLeVen and Apollo Creed for giving tips on the future deals, and Jouvert for helping out on the weekends!
