I recall seeing Loco Roco for $19.99 (handwritten price tag) in my local CC today. However, it's still $29.99 on the CC website. What's that mean?
 
My CC writes in clearence prices on some of the games, so that may be a problem for me when I try to find some games. Still, I'll try to find a couple titles tommorow when I go.
 
I didn't find MPO, which given my luck with last week's clusterfuck isn't a surprise. I did find a copy of Lumines for $12.99. So a question: does the GH version have the same magical downgrading exploits that the regular version has?

I think it does, and they still sell as well as their nonGH counter part.

Yes it does. I sold a couple of CC copies of Lumines (both GH) for as much as my non-GH copies from TRU.

I believe that was part of last month's clearnce, so it might be harder to find an older clearence title, but there still out there if you can find them.

As long as the marking on the spine says ULUS10002, it's exploitable.

No luck with MGPO here either.
 
No luck finding MPO at my local CC.

The trip wasn't a total bust though since I found a copy of Rogue Galaxy in a clearance bin with a 16.96 sticker on it. Rang up full price but the cashier adjusted it.

That sucks. I went down to Virginia Beach and didn't see it at a couple down there. I'll try the one in Colonial Heights before I go to work tomorrow. I'm not too bent out of shape if I don't find it, though. It may be a GH title at some point down the road, or we might see the anniversary box set on our side of the Pacific.
 
Make sure you all are checking the normal racks. I didn't see MGS:pO in the bin so I went over to the PSP rack and there were a few copies. It was marked the normal 39.99, but it rang up the clearance price. Didn't see any copies DMC 5th ann. though. I was hoping to find that as well. At least I found one of the games I was looking for. I am speaking about the Plano, TX CC for anyone interested.

Duckhead, that's a pretty kick ass find. Congrats.
 
picked up a copy of MGS:pO for the bf earlier today - like many others have said, it was in the normal racks, NOT in the clearance bins. if your cc is anything like mine, you'll have to do a bit of searching, since nothing is in alphabetical order.
 
Ugh. Looks like a good clearance. You're forcing me to drive 20 miles after work to get in on this deal in 90 degree weather? Damn you, CAG and CC...

Knowing my horrible streak of CAG deal luck, I probably won't get anything I want.

I can get two more (as well as two Ultimate Ghouls N Ghosts) if need be.

I also can get a few of the Far Cry for 360.

If anyone's interested, just let me know and CML for trades.

guys i picked up the dmc set today at my burbank circuit city. I think i got the last one cause they had to go to the back and get it and the box was kinda in bad shape but whatever.

oh ya also if anyone was gonna get guilty gear: judgement, you mist out it was on sale about a month n' a half ago for 7.99! now its 12.99...
 
I dunno if this was posted yet (didn't want to search through the whole thread), but I was at CC yesterday and saw that The DaVinci Code for PS2 was labeled at $4.96. I was going to get it, then I remembered that it didn't get the best reviews. This was at the East Brunswick store in NJ.
 
Considering I didn't find MGS, I might as well wait and hope that Konami decides to release the Metal Gear anniversary package here, since it's included.

Just came back from CC. Basically, they didn't have anything I wanted, but they started pulling out their clearance bins and dropping in games. I don't know who was doing the stocking, but every time I walked away and came back, more games were in the bins. I might try again later in the week when I'm in the area.
 
Checked 3 stores today in the Dallas area and none had the DMC set. Found a few copies of MGSPO, though. If anyone has or can get an extra set of DMC, please PM me.

Checked my usual CC with no luck finding MGS. There's a new CC down the road that's been open a month. Any possibility that they have it there?
 
I scored UEFA today. So it is on the clearance list but as stated it rang up 29.99 but was stickered for 16.96 had another one left in Altamonte Springs, FL for another CAG'er.

Then for some reason i decided to grab super man hoping it would be an easy 1000 points. it was a toss up for that and chrome hounds but no DMC"AC to be found.

Nice work on the list OP, but I saw Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin listed under the DS games. Isn't the clearanced Castlevania game Dawn of Sorrow? Or do I need to run back to CC ASAP?

I bought my copy of PoR a few months back for $16.96. I'd run back and get it.
I hope to find DMC tomorrow.

Ok. I picked up the last Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops at my CC. I also have a Devil May Cry 5th Anniversary Collection up for trade. They had two more left after I bought mine. If any one wants a Devil May Cry 5th Anniversary Collection, PM me with trade lists/offers because I could go back at easily get the last two if anyone wants them.

Wow, I called and was surprised to hear that there was a DMC 5th in stock. I got it. I think I got lucky with that one, though.

I noticed at my CC that they've lowered to the price to $59.99 to match the regular edition. Not sure if its YMMV, but Im satisfied with my regular edition.
