What's the deal with this series? I loved the original on the Gameboy. Liked the SNES one, but ever since then to me they've been unplayable. (I really liked Secret of Evermore even, and I guess people don't like that? Got way too hard at the end though.)

The recent DS one was awful I thought (though it looked great), and this one's supposed to be worse.

If I'm remembering right, I think on top of everything else it resets your level every...level.

Although on the other hand it LOOKS nice, and you never know. I HATE Level 5's games, and those are fawned over so who knows, maybe I'd like this.

the "..of Mana" series is kinda boring nowadays. im surprised this game didnt get a price cut sooner cause it didnt get very good reviews (all mediocre).
