Yes. I moved the wrapper around to make sure no scratches were on the plastic. And all the scratches are on the wrapper.

Seriously, at the price it is now, you're getting a great system. Sure, it doesn't have the quantity of good games that other handhelds do, but considering the 36 hours of my life I sank into Virtue's Last Reward recently, another fantastic game in Gravity Rush, an amazing racer in WipeOut 2048, Uncharted Golden Abyss being handled skillfully by Sony Bend, LBP Vita restoring my faith in the franchise, etc.

It's a system worth winning. Give the TC money and give yourself a great system!
