He showed me a plastic bin of stuff of which I was going to buy some of the systems from him with any related parts in the bin that went with them and we were up to 25 or 30 to which he ended up offering the whole bin for $40.

GBA SP (101) With 3 GBA Games - 20
GBA SP (001) With 12 Games - 35

Genesis game was a buck but took .50. MVC 2 was 10 offered 5 to which the seller countered with 8. The first GBA SP was 30 and I tried to offer 15 and left it when the best the lady offered to do was 20. At this point it was early and I was moving on to another flea market and I only had the PS2 game and figured I'd break down and go back and buy it even if the price wasen't the greatest since it was a 101 system and incase it ended up being a slow day. The last GBA SP bundle was 8 per a Pokemon game and 15 for the system and the rest of the game but offered 35 which was taken.

Non Find BS -
The guy I got MVC 2 from I actually picked out 4 games and was told $40. This was from 3 Xbox games and a PS2 game. I promptly put the other 3 games back and just ended up with MVC 2. I tried telling this guy that GameStop quit dealing with Xbox games yet he insisted that people still wanted these games as if $10 per is on the mark but it was pretty obvious that he was full of it and didn't really know what he was talking about. This guy actually was packed up and done half way into the morning as I'm guessing it wasn't worth the trouble to him to get rid of his shit if he was using the same logic for everything he was selling and people weren't buying it and interested in his overpriced stuff. On to something entirely different the one Johnny come lately reseller who buys video games that sprung up last year and is now a regular seller most weeks at the flea market will show me stuff he gets from time to time at a yardsale or even at the flea market. Today he wanted to show me some stuff I missed, 2 Wii games for $2 each (Mario Party 8 being one of them) and a binder that had about 40 games mostly PS1 and some Dreamcast, most with manuals. Diablo, some Resident Evils, Silent Hill, A Spyro, Castlevania SOTN, both Oddworld games and Sonic Adventure being the highlights. The worst part about all of this is that the binder was only $20 for all of this I don't even think he really knew how good of a deal it was when he picked it up but figured for about .50 a game it was a no-brainer.

For everything else it was $20 for the Saturn stuff with some misc, $15 for the 2600 stuff to which I offered 35 for both with some GameCube stuff added in which was countered with 37. As I was leaving I ended up getting a disk only Shadow the Hedgehog for another buck. Mario Party 7 is complete and the manual for Panzer Dragoon is just the cover.

Games were 2 each and Mario toys a buck each but took 4 for it all. PSP games were 2 each and are both complete and the 7800 and Genesis game were a buck each. The 9 Genesis games were a buck each for sports titles and 3 each for better games, ended at 11 for what I got. The Fable II guide is missing and the art book was a buck, Legend of Mana was .50. Dirty NES With Magic Johnson's Fast Break - 3
Broken Xbox & ToeJam & Earl (Complete) - 21
Donkey Kong 64 (Complete) & 3 More Empty Boxes - 15
Magazine & Pokemon Book - 1
Final Fantasy Chains of Promathia (Complete) - 1
2 PS1 Games - 5
Bubble Bobble & TaleSpin - 5

The NES was 5 but took 3, probably one of the dirtiest NES systems I've ever seen with the most spider silk I've ever seen on a game system but didn't have any cracks on the shell of the system and somewhat surprisingly works with no fidgeting on the first try after a full teardown and cleaning. You can kind of see the contacts on Magic Johnson are full of spider silk, which also sets a record for that for a cart game personally. ToeJam & Earl was 30 but took 20 and this seller also offered to sell me the broken Xbox for a buck. DK64 was 15 and I offered to do 15 for it with some empty boxes which the seller agreed to. New Tetris and Goofy have the manuals and Mortal Kombat II  had some misc paper work but no manual. The books were .50 each. The Final Fantasy expansion was 2 but took 1. PS1 games were 3 each but took 5 for both. Same for the NES & GB game.

I apologize for any grammar or any other errors over the last 26 posts as I'd rather not proof read all of this again :)

Edit - Instead of starting a new thread I'll add a few auction finds from 2014 here since the flea market thread only gets so many posts a year.

Auction - 8-11-14

$50

This is an odd one as I was actually outbid on this stuff at a local auction. It went for $50 and I stopped bidding as the next bid was going to be $55 and my threshold was about 50 or maybe 50 something if I wanted to stretch it. So the person that outbid me paid 58.xx with buyer's premium and tax. I saw everything aside from a copy of Centipede on eBay and watched it and ended up being the only bidder at the starting bid of $50 and doing a local meet up to pick the stuff up instead of dealing with and paying for shipping. I didn't say anything and neither did the lady so I'm thinking she didn't notice I was at the auction and was bidding against her. Not pictured is a 4 switch 2600, with power adapter, 1 or 2 controllers, NES Zapper, Complete Frogger for the 2600 and about 50 manuals. This lady mentioned some other video games and was nice enough to show them to me. Not much but she did have a Game Boy with a few games and amongst them was a copy of Maru's Mission (once again I forgot to picture). She asked $5 but I offered 3 which she took.

2 NES Games - 23
Resident Evil 2 & 3 For Dreamcast And (Not Pictured) Metal Gear Solid (PS1) & Resident Evil Zero (GC) - Traded Some Stuff

Saw a box of stuff at the auction hall, records, VHS some other misc media and even a old VHS porno tape along with 2 NES games. They put everything up for auction in the box for one bid and I stopped at about 27 as that was already up over 30 after buyer's premium and tax. As I was talking to a guy I see another guy walk by with the box who I used to see out at yardsales and at the flea market regularly. As I was leaving I was right behind him as he was taking this stuff out to his car and made a comment about how he must have been interested in more then me mentioning I was only interested in the games and he offered to sell them to me and asked if I was a collector or reseller. I offered 20 buck for Tyson then asked if he would like to be rid of Wrestlemania which I gave him another 3 for. No manual for Wrestlemania but Tyson's is complete including the letter.

The other four games I traded for back in early Augest. All four games are complete and I traded a spindle of I'm guessing about 75 CD-Rs, a sealed 50 pack of DVD-rs and a complete copy of Twisted Metal 2.

Dude, you killed it this year!  Nice find on H.E.R.O., it's pretty rare and brings about $30 last I saw.  Looks like you found quality and value pretty much every week.

I get depressed seeing these types of posts because that's the type of finds I would get here 2 years ago.  I think I had 3 maybe 4 good weekends in yard sales this year and flea markets barely have anything other than overpriced garbage anymore.

Seriously! Are you the only person in your area that buys games? How can you have this many good finds (especially since I assume you yard sale before going to the flea market)?! I'm so jealous. Congrats on all the awesome hauls.

H.E.R.O. is one of my personal favorites on the 2600 so I was happy to find it and this is the only copy I've seen in the last 10 years. Some bad or decent weeks at the flea market but I was as lucky as I would expect to be in 2014. I did have a few days yardsaling where I found nothing but then would get lucky on Saturday if I struck out Friday or if the yardsale were lackluster I'd do better at the flea markets or vice versa.

Thanks, I don't go to any yardsales before going to the flea market. About me being the only person buying games - I did comment about this in post #2098 in the YS thread (2nd paragraph). Some of the stuff I got at the flea market I would certainly say I was lucky to be the first one to come across with the number of Johnny come lately resellers interested in video games at the flea market the last 2-3 years.
